Excellent Pan!

The pan is really well designed! The cap and pan are shaped to work well together! They keep the smoky smell inside and even causes the resulting dish to have a very tasty and smoky scent. As with many good pans, this one would be a little heavy for people who don't have much arm or wrist strength.

These are replacements for ones I have that are old. I love them will re-order them again. Was happy I could still get. 5 stars!

Anolon says No High Heat

What do they not tell you?

The Anolon Advanced Bronze Hard-Anodized is a favorite pan for my husband. It holds up well and cooks evenly. The food prepared with this pan tastes great.

Overall a Good Pan

The Anolon Advanced Hard-anodized Nonstick 12-inch Grey Covered Ultimate Pan is a good pan. The only downside is that it really doesn't have a lot of flat surface cooking area. It seemed more like a wok.

BEST PAN ON THE MARKET

I was first exposed to Analon in 2009 with this pan (or one similar to it). It became time to replace it (yes, 15 yrs later and almost daily use) due to a spousal breakup (he won the pan!). What other pan could I get? There are none better. I use it almost every day, there is nothing you can't cook in it and get GREAT results !

Best Pan EVER

This is the best pan I’ve ever owned! I was using a different 12 inch pan, the Anolon frying pan and it was my go to until now. This pan has higher sides than most pans which really helps with not spilling sauces etc when stirring. I wish every pan was this perfect!

I love the pan, however the packaging was ridiculous. The box was huge and it was filled with styrofoam nuggets. I bought 2 pans and dreading opening the second box. The original box from the maker of the pan was very well padded and could have gone in a much smaller box.

I cooked in it right away. Cooked some bell peppers, onions and sliced meat for fajitas used no oil and nothing stuck to the pan. Very easy clean up just was as normal. Hope to get some other size pots too.

Great for Stir Frying and other way of cooking

I really like this pan, it's my second. I like how deep it is, so it's great for when I am stir frying. But it's great for other cooking too. I took away one star because I feel the handle on the cover is too tall. When I store the pan, I turn the cover upside down so it will fit my drawer but then the handle touches the bottom of the pan, and I don't like that. I have another cover with a shorter handle so I use that instead and this cover I have set aside. If you store your pans a different way, then this is not an issue.

Stir fry everyday

Love this pot; been needing one for a long time. Bought one for my sister and a friend. Very good buy. Best use with silicone or widen utensils.

Love love love this pan! Perfect for one pot meals or pasta dishes like spaghetti and tuna noodle casserole, beef stroganoff or Swedish meatballs. I make the sauce and can just add the drained pasta. So easy. The quality of the nonstick is excellent.

This is a nicely made 12 inch fry pan that I purchased to go with the Dutch oven. It has a nice solid feel, but is not too heavy. I was disappointed because it does not have a flat bottom, like It showed in the picture. It is more of a rounded bottom, like a wok.

Using and abusing.

This is a great product. I bought the same size pan I think about 15 years ago and used it for everything. I wore the the poor thing out (but still use it). Not because it was weak, but because I rode it hard and probably abused it beyond the manufacturer’s recommendations. My first pan wasn’t the bronze line and I more than got my money’s worth out of it. I went with the bronze line this time because I will take better care of it and I’m sure will get even more life out of it than my first pan.

I like my Anolon Advanced 12” non stick pan. I use it almost every day for anything. You can also fry in it, ( that l don’t do often not healthy).

My new favorite universal cookware! I absolutely use this for everything and I think it has a great price point. A plus is that it comes with a lid which is typically never included when you buy pans. My only gripe is that it’s not compatible with induction cooktops.

Excellent!

I have two pieces of Anolon now and love it. I also use stainless steel cookware, but sometimes you just need a good piece of nonstick cookware. I tried some cheaper nonstick, but it didn't take long to realize I needed a better quality for my nonstick cookware. This was a decent price and is excellent quality. I will buy more!

Decent, but not ulitmate

I am at home mom and cook for a family of 4 everyday. I bought this pan as a tester before buying the entire Anolon Advanced Bronze cookware line. I will say the non-stick is amazing this pan is very durable and all the things they say about Anolon products.
