The Finest Cookware, EVER!

I have owned three ScratchDefense Circulon skillets (12, 10, & 8.5 inch) and one 14 inch wok for about three months. Hands down, these are the finest, most durable cookware pieces that I have ever owned. I could not be more pleased! After learning that I sought cookware with durable, nonstick surfaces that would withstand my incessant dishwasher use, René V. - employee of Meyer - highly recommended these. The nonstick surface is superior to any pan that I have owned and metal utensils or dishwasher use cause no troubles (even after daily use). Additionally, the skillets provide an evenly heated cooking surface resulting in wonderful dishes. Another bonus is that the pans sturdy, easy to handle, and lightweight. The wok is very spacious allowing a full meal to be easily prepared on this resilient surface. I’ll be buying these as gifts for all my (grown) kids and I think they will last a lifetime! :))

Amazing, amazing pan

There aren't enough stars. It goes to eleven. This is a life changing product. I've only had it for 2 or 3 months, but I use it almost every day, and I have seen no signs of the non-stick degrading whatsoever. I honestly think this pan will outlive me. I especially love it for cooking breaded chicken breast, which would leave a major cleanup project in a stainless steel pan, and it's a non-event in this pan. Plus it's oven-safe to 400 degrees, so I can brown the chicken on the stove top, and then transfer it to the oven to finish. Easily my favorite pan I've ever owned. And the last I saw it's only 50 bucks and free shipping on circulon.com. Get one immediately! If not sooner!

Wonderful,non-stick cookware!

I’ve were getting soo tired of frying pans sticking, pots, all scratched, and ordered this set of Circulon! I had thoroughly checked the competitors on the Internet, and thought I made the best choice for price and, looks, and the (promised) non-stick capability. WOW-my husband and I are very pleased and he’s even cooks his own eggs once in a while. I love the tops of lids and hands don’t get hot! PS

almost perfect (so far)

In my quest to find the perfect pan this pan design is close. Nonstick, yes, dishwasher safe, yes and still nonstick after going through the dishwasher. so far unmarked by metal spatula, yes. The coating covers the rivets so my biggest pet peeve with most nonstick seems addressed, no egg getting under the rivets on an omelet or French scramble, but the rivets still protrude into the pan where I am hitting them constantly with spoon or spatula and the ridges on the bottom do not work for everything. That said, I am now using the Circulon Scratch Defense pans for most of my stove top cooking that does not involve eggs

8.5" and 10" scratch defense fry pans

Quality product, well packaged, fast shipping. These pans replaced a 20+ year old 7" Circulon which was still working fine, but the handle had failed. If I get the same amount of use from the new ones I will be pleased. These are very high quality products and I haven't used them much yet, but I have no reason to not expect to get the same or better non stick performance as the old one. CONGRATULATIONS for a great product. I didn't give it 5 stars simply because I couldn't also buy covers for either pan - not offered in product catalogs.

Circulon non-stick frying pan

I started with a little 8 inch I bought from Macy's and it's one of the best pans I've ever bought. My husband prefers that one and it doesn't stick, just like it says. He tends to be a little harsh on my good pans, but this one has withstood his cooking : ). Just wish the labeling was a little more clear; I wanted stainless steel, though I don't mind aluminum in the base for heat distribution as long as it doesn't touch the food. I believe it is the stainless steel model. Went back to Macy's for Black Friday sales and saw a bigger one. Very good pan if it's like the smaller one.

I love these sauce pans

There’s nothing bad to say about this pan. Does exactly what it supposed to do. It almost cleans up itself. Don’t wash it in the dishwasher, wash it by hand. Dishwashing strips off any functioning oils that help the pan remain nonstick. The spout and straining lid are so useful! Something which was very disappointing though, I had three sauce pans and one skillet which comprised my order. It came in two separate boxes. Very large boxes absolutely loaded with Styrofoam packing peanuts. That really upset me and I think that is very disappointing too many other people. There is no need for Styrofoam. There are many other recyclable materials which can be used for packing/shipping. Shame on Circulon.

I’m in love with this saute pan. I’ve used it on many different occasions to cook a variety of foods. I’ve never run into any issues.

The Cadillac of the Best Cookware

Circulon is the best cookware in the marketplace. I have owned many different brands and Circulon outbeats them all with the best quality and craftsmanship. Their pans have a center temperature heating core that heats up the entire inner surface of the pan evenly as well as the pans are well balanced and stay put on the burners of all stoves without sliding off the burners. I have been using Circulon pans for the past several years and my last pans used to be Calphalon as well as Anolon, which I felt were the best until I found Circulon. When using these Circulon pans you can cook without overheating or burning your food as the heating core stays at an even temperature and cooks your food without burning or sticking to the pan. Cleanup is easy if you watch how you cook and I find it very easy just to use a sponge with soap and hot water. I have pretty much replaced my older Calphalons and Anolons with Circulon.
