Decent sauté pan

This pan is not as deep as my previous one. Not a fan of the long handle. Hard to store. Liked the previous double handle model one better.

Fantastic pan!

I tried a few other pans and have not had good luck with ceramic nonstick pans. I love this Anolon pan, especially the glass lid and coating on the handles to protect your hands from heat. The extra side handle is very handy for lifting the pan when full of food. Few pans come with a lifetime warranty and I am impressed with the quality of Anolon.

Arrived broken, no response from anolon

Arrived as a box in a bag, with a large dent in the box. Glass lid shattered in a thousand pieces, poured all over my kitchen when unpacked, glass shards scratched the interior and exterior of pan.

Love the 5QT pan and color. Anolon is my go-to brand now.

Happy with the sauté pan

We have used Analon fry pans for many years. The nonstick surface seems to hold up well. We do not use metal utensils with the pans but we do wash them in our dishwasher with no problem. We expect the same with our newly purchased sauté pan.

Love-but….

Love this pan which is a replacement for the same one which naturally its nonstick surface did not last forever. But I first purchased the wrong one online. After requesting a return label one month ago still waiting. Love Anolon but anolon.com has terrible customer service and poor response for returns.

I have used this pan as my main cooking pan for over two decades. Analon stands behind its products and makes excellent high quality cookware. Will not disappoint!

Wrong item

I wanted the 5 quart AnalonX pan and I received a different pan. I sent an email to Analon over a week ago and have not heard anything back yet.

NIce big flat bottom pan

I like this pan. I like the color, the size, the large flat bottom, and the extra handle. Not thrilled about the $107 or whatever price but will pay the stupid tax for overheating the other Anolon we had.

Terrible customer service

I received a damaged item for a 2023 Christmas present. I submitted a ticket on 12/29/23 for a return and received a message I would receive a reply in 1 to 3 business days. No one contacted me. I submitted another ticket on 1/12/24, received the same reply and STILL haven’t heard from Anolon. I’ve tried to call multiple times and can’t ever get past the automated message. This is terrible customer service and I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve been an Anolon cookware user for years. I love the product but this is unacceptable. Anolon needs to make this right!

No Customer Service

I’ve trying for weeks to return an item and their customer service is non-existent. But from another company.

Never got the right product

I ordered this large pan, and received a very small frying pan from a whole other company instead (whoever owns Analon also sells other products owned by the same company). When I called customer service there was no one to talk to. It kept looping me to different automated services and hanging up.

Wrong Finish

I need to return this item. I ordered the wrong finish. I submitted return request. Still waiting for instructions on the return.

Great Product; Horrible Service

I have had Anolon cookware for over 20 years. Superior cookware! For the first time, I purchased a set of cookware direct from Anolon for a Christmas present for my daughter. She wanted the rubberized handles, so I’ve been trying to exchange the cookware for a different set. No one will respond after submitting a ticket. I called their support line - no option to speak with anyone!!! I gave up and ordered a new set from Amazon! Far superior service from them. Never purchase direct again.

Pan is the perfect size to handle one at a time “meals in a pan”. Heats well, cleans up perfectly and is a joy to use.

So far so good

I replaced a very old nonstick sauté pan with this Anolon. I’ve only used it twice but like the lighter weight of it and having the option of placing it in an oven. So far I’m pleased with it cooking evenly and clean up.

poor customer service

I have been unable to reach customer service. I have filed a claim, no response. I have paid for my item 11/23/23 and still no item and no way to reach a human on chat on phone or online. I have many Anolon pans but buying through the actual sight is a HUGE MISTAKE
