The pipe stand is not included. Buyer beware!

This product is not a complete system. The vertical pipe is not included, so it's useless. I contacted Home Depot and they said to return it. I asked them to take down this product from their website as it's not a complete system. They responded that they will contact the vendor to see if a mistake was made in packaging this. Doubtful this will be resolved. Waste of $ having the plumbing on site to install a product that is incomplete. Crap product!

Nice looking addition to our freestanding tub. Getting the orientation correct during installation is a bit challenging since there is no way to clock the handle after installation. Otherwise we like the quality and look.

Perfect addition

The $650 standing faucet that we installed six years ago was poorly designed from the beginning, on top of a failed temperature valve requiring us to find a replacement. We decided to take our chances and fit this one in it's place. The wand and main faucet work and flow very well, with no drain back from the wand. Temperature control is reliable and isn't finicky.

This faucet is sleek and functional. Especially for this price point. Easy to use and install.

Love how this looks with our tub! The side sprayer comes off and it makes cleaning the tub so easy.

This product was easy to install and so far has worked great. The hose is amazing. It is lighter than the shower hose which makes it easy to move around. Love it!

We just completed a remodel of our master bathroom and have this installed for our tub. Our contractor did the installation so I can’t speak to installation process, but we’ve had it for a month and a half with no issues. It’s really modern and clean looking and I like that the wand feature makes cleaning the tub super easy.
