[Rewarded Review] Nice design but reconsidered for big reason

We thought this design was fabulous, had a sink faucet installed very similar. While waiting for a plumber to help install this, the faucet we'd placed at the sink revealed a big design problem. Even with a slightly sloped spout and a tiny ridge underneath to enable water to drip off, there was becoming a problem with water pooling and staying (unsanitary and leaving marks) on the very end of the spout. Also, this tub spout seemed rather short in height atop our very large tub, maybe too contemporary for our design. Also, didn't want to risk the water issue we were having at the sink (which we replaced with another design style). We ended up returning this.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent waterfall tub filler!

This tub filler is beautiful! The quality is great, it looks amazing, and it fills my large tub quickly! I spent so much time debating tub faucets, because I was concerned about the color, brand, and quality with this one, which is the one I really wanted. I finally decided to take a chance and order this one, and I was not disappointed! It looks awesome in my new bathroom!

[Rewarded Review] Waterfall Faucet

The actual function of this faucet was excellent. It did exactly what I hoped for. The water runing from the faucet looks really elegant. We got the brushed nickle finish and after just two uses the finish on the faucet spout and the handles of the knobs started peeling off. It looks really bad. If my installation area was not such that a wall tear is needed to get to them I would have sent them back, but it would be very costly to get them out.

Under the deck counts too

It looks great on top, but it's got great fittings and hardware underneath, too. No sweating joints, no thread tape, no proprietary threads. Some wrench flats on the spout stem would be nice, but it seals up fine by using a soft cloth and twisting it in place by hand. Flow of water out is a nice pattern and voluminous.

Nice waterfall Facet

The faucet looks great on my Jacuzzi corner tub. It protrudes a little further over the side of the tub more than I had imagined, but I like the style and how the knobs point in the same direction as the faucet spout. My contractor installed it. It was easy, but making the height of the knobs match the height of the spout took a little time. .

Faucet was easy to install and it looks very impressive. Very glad I purchased it.

Like the style and design

Installed in our Master Roman Tub. The instructions are a little light on detail regarding the handles and how to configure them so that the controls are the same height. Overall a very nice product.

It's stunning and very high quality

Haven't used this yet as my Reno still underway, but my plumber installed this and it's gorgeous!

Beautiful tub faucet

We recently purchased this beautiful tub faucet for our bathroom renovation. The finish and quality of the item is very beautiful. We did have two problems with two faucets and one handle having damage to the finish. Signature Hardware addressed each issue quickly and without hesitation to ensure we got the replacements very quickly. We were pleased with the quality of customer service and now that it is installed are even more pleased with how lovely it looks. A few thoughts to consider and be aware of for the buyer. The faucet does not come with instructions so we recommend using a plumber to install it. Our plumber was confused because when the handles are in the off position they are parallel with the faucet. This is opposite most faucets but it is the way the photographs show the item. We also recommend drying the faucet after each time you use it to protect the finish and prevent spotting. As it is horizontal and does not slope down water sits in the drain after it is turned off. For a tub that is not used frequently we have no issues with this. However if it was the sink faucet that matches or a tub used daily this could be more up keep than some buyers are wanting. We could not be happier with our purchase.

Bathroom renovation

We purchased this faucet for a stand alone bath tub. The faucet looks beautiful and the overall quality is excellent.
