Provide additional heat in a basement fireplace. We like the appearance; however feel the heat could be a little more intense.Overall it makes the room warmer than before.;

I have a 'faux' fireplace and have been wanting to get an electric insert to finish the effect. the unit is great....just as advertised. The remote is a benefit. The unit heats up the living room and makes it very comfortable. The company did a fantastic job in shipping. Highly recommended!!

No I'm returning but I'm ordering another unit

Turned it on and it was to loud also the birch logs were a chalk grey not very attractive

My family has really enjoyed the electric fire logs that was installed in our fireplace. We have had it about a week and like the way the flames shot up on the back wall of our fireplace. The gentleman that that installed it said he was going to get one for his wife.

No real complaints here. Does what it's supposed to do. No electric insert with plastic decor will replace a true wood fire, but if that's what you wanted/could get, you wouldn't be purchasing this one. Looks good enough, heats well, no complaints on quality. If I had a complaint it would have to do with the back order timeframe, but what do you expect when you order something at the height of the heating season. Price was reasonable as well.

I would consider buying this product again.

I have a fireplace in my work office. I put the electric fireplace log set in it for abeyance reasons - and it is a hit with everyone. I am in the Northeast were it gets pretty cold during the winter and it throws enough heat to keep my cozy in my office.

I would not recommend this product

Very weak blower. Does not even blow the hot air out much past the opening of my fireplace so very ineffective in heating my room. Unable to return because I did not save the box.

Cozy addition to kitchen fireplace

Really nice insert that fills the fireplace well. It's not incredibly realistic, but considering the price and convenience, it's a good deal for a space otherwise never going to be used! I do love the look of the birch logs when off. Now all I need is a cord cover to make it look nice and finished!

Love it - adds nice atmosphere to my home office

This was perfect, just as I imagined. It fit perfectly into a bookshelf fireplace that was intended to use Gel canisters. This is much better!
