Didn’t like it at all, was difficult to use

There was no filter to the item, when you tried to turn it over it kept moving spilling water everywhere. However I did donate it to a rescue organization.

Hard to fill and clean

The jug is hard to unscrew, and too heavy to flip without spilling all over the floor. This doesn't sound hard to create an item you can fill from the top. There is no way to clean the bowl without the jug being empty or spilling the jug everywhere. It really isn't a useful item.

Good product

The only reason I gave it four stars is because after about a week, the bowl gets green. It works great!

PIA to fill with out spilling half the water. my Aussie play rough this morning the hit it sent it and what was left of the water all over the patio. when to retrieve the bottle and the cap was broken so it goes in the trash 30 buck for e\3 weeks now bad

To hard to fill with water and place it back on water holder when full of water.

Does what it's supposed to but if you have a large dog the bowl is to small. Makes a mess but I will put up with it if I'm gone all day

Returning this item

This is a very poorly designed item. Impossible to fill and flip without spilling water all over the floor. It's heavy and there is no handle nor way to grab onto the wet, slippery water bottle while flipping. I had to wrap towels around the bottle so it wouldn't repeatedly slip out of my hands. It also should have a separate, removable bowl to freshen water when debris, bugs, etc., find their way into the water. To freshen water, you have to lift the entire beast off the floor, again spilling water all over, flip the entire dispenser over again, empty the bowl then repeat above procedure. It's a really stupid design. It's going back.

Good water system

Easy to fill and DOES have a screw on lid. Must ensure the water bottle locks in to the bowl before flipping, or it will leak. No leaking it it is locked. I do wish the bowl was deeper, but that’s all. Very pleased!

Broke after 2nd use

The lid broke off after filling it the second time and water went everywhere. Waste of money!

Love the size, hate the flip

The large size is Great for our family of pets, however, flipping this beast is difficult to do without making a mess. I wish it had a float so the water didn’t instantly start flowing out before it is completely flipped.

Amazing Water Device

Our animals are totally captivated by the new water source. They line up to watch each other drink.

Self waterer

VERY difficult to fill! If there was a screw top to allow filling from the top it would be fantastic!

Very poorly made, leaks out onto the floor making it useless. I will be returning it. Don't purchase this dog waterer.
