Really inferior product. I will not be purchasing anything from this manufacturer again. So surprised Macy’s carries this brand. Unbelievable, really.

Dissatisfied Customer

I’m so disappointed. I purchased these pillow inserts in the next biggest size of my pillow coverings, which was suggested. Still, it’s like there isn’t a pillow inside! I can’t afford to purchase more for the make over I bought them for. I am battling breast cancer and living in my RV due to being separated from my husband. I want to create a peaceful, warm, comfortable space to concentrate on healing every single aspect of my life. I am a longtime Macy’s customer. I have never been disappointed in the quality of any product I’ve purchased from Macy’s until now. Certainly I am not the only one who has this complaint.

Not very firm. I feel like they do t fill up the pillow cover well.

One insert was soiled in 2 corners and the other had a small opening in the seam that I had to stitch

The pillows are a little too flat. I was hoping they would get fluffier after being out of the bag for awhile but they did not.

Not very puffy pillow insert

Got a 28” square for my 26” pillow insert. It’s not firm and depresses flat when leaned against.

Fantastic Pillows

Love the fullness of these pillows and how well they fit my pillow covers. Makes pillows look like they were professionally done.

Unsatisfied

Sadly, these had to be returned , pillows were vacuum, sealed and never reach full size after one week of allowing them to sit out. They were supposed to reach full-size within 48 hours.

Quality pillows

These pillows are exactly what I wanted. They come vacuum packed and fluff up nicely when removed from the packaging. I bought covers for mine, but if you just want a white pillow these would work well.

Great price, great pair of pillow inserts

I like these - they were a great fit for two 18" x 18" pillow covers that had old, flat inserts in them. These are sort of more fluffy than what I had and seem like they will hold up for a long time. I also like that they came in a two-pack for a very reasonable price.

These pillow inserts are perfect for the covers I have for them. They are nicely made and fluffy.

Good pillows

I got these to go inside a special pillow case for my daughter and it fits great. It is soft but firm enough to keep its shape. It does smell chemically but was fixed airing out.
