Van ERP lamp

I bought the same lamp three years ago, I needed another one for my other end table. I like them they're a nice set.

Beautiful Design

I purchased this beautiful lamp for the over look and design. The lamp shade is a lovely color and everyone who comes for a visit comments on the beauty of this lamp. I'm using this as a office desk lamp against a mahogany paneled wall and a cherrywood desk. it's stunning. I wish I was a tech person so I could show you a photo. I'm pleased I found this online and would recommend any of the Tiffany Lamps for a one of a kind unique appeal for your home. They always build their lamps with top notch materials. You will get what you pay for so don't hesitate to add one of these to your home.

The lamp looks great out of the box, but not when you put bulbs in. The shade doesn't come down far enough, so you're staring at bare bulbs poking out underneath. Blinding when you look toward the lamp when it's on and when you're sitting near it.

Be Prepared

I received this lamp about two weeks ago (at an earlier easy-pay of $41.68 x 4). I had been curious about the base of lamp since there was no description. It turns out that it is a dark eggplant (or aubergine) color. After several days of trying to like the combination of the orange mica lamp shade with the eggplant base, I purchased $29 worth of paint supplies and corrected the lamp base color to a copper with some green patina overlay,and now love the lamp. The base consists of a pot metal material, and the shade is beautiful. The entire lamp is sturdy, very well constructed, and the glow from it is wonderful (I am using the 60 watt energy-saver bulbs and the heat produced is minimal). Just be prepared to do some color correction on the lamp base if you are persnicketty.
