This is my second charcoal grill. The heat deflectors can be tricky to put in place when the coals are going, the ring that holds it should have a smaller diameter. This thing rocks! I'm very happy with it! That being said, this thing is awesome

My wife bought me this grill for my birthday. I wanted a decent charcoal grill that was versatile. Well I got a grill that was AMAZING and way more versatile than anything I could have ever expected. Love this grill.

One of the best features, is the ability to "slow" cook my beef brisket, pork ribs, pork shoulder (pulled pork), turkey and chicken. Easy to start and lasts a long time. The grill is easy to clean when I am finished and the grates look brand new after a years worth of use. The lid is very easy to work with as my wife and son also enjoy using the smoker. It uses less charcoal than I thought. It’s so efficient. Can’t believe how easy it is to control the temp between hundreds of degrees with just a tiny amount of change in the air intake. It’s wonderful!
