Delivered dented

The range hood was received with dent in the front. I’ve bought two range hoods that are identical and it’s delivered with dents. In addition the appliance was not wrapped properly.

Going on 6 years and still going strong!

I bought this range hood over five years ago for my kitchen remodel and have had no problems with it save it recently needing two new range hood lights. Not many of today's products are so reliable. You can't go wrong with Zline

We looked for a good looking range hood with good CFM’s and quiet. With Zline we found and at a very affordable price. Will look to buy Zline in the future

Works great but innacurate color

Works great, just not completely happy with the color. Says Black Stainless steel and looks like it’s matte black in the picture, but upon arrival it’s more of a dark gray with a slight shine to it. Looks a bit out of place with my matte black fixtures but I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning.

Much noisier than I expected and the baffles rattle alot

Just got this installed. Looks great, but despite this being categorized as moderately loud, it is very loud particularly at higher speeds. The baffles are not snug so they rattle at all speeds. The lights are surprisingly dim. I don't know how this product gets as high a rating as it does ...

I’m giving a 2 because I like the hood. However it was packaged very poorly. The electrical cord was hanging out and pressed freely swinging against the outside, visible part of the hood. The hood is scratched up where the cord was. Plus dented where the cord was. I failed to see the 48 hour return policy and didn’t open the hood until 72 hours after delivery. So don’t make the same mistake.

Looks and works GREAT.

Item arrived damaged and a bit of a run around about who was responsible however I sent my photos finally to the correct department and they shipped out a new one at now charge. I paid almost 800 dollars for the hood and they said I could keep the damaged one and I since donated it to habit.

Buyer Beware!!

I love the 48" vent hood, however, when I ordered the vent hood I called for assistance and was advised I needed an extension in addition to the chimney and crown that came with the unit, which I paid for additionally. Turns out I did NOT need the chimney extension and I have tried to return it to no avail! Their response was for me to "recycle" it or "list it online!"

Amazing Finish

I never write reviews but thought this feedback should be shared. The oil-rubbed bronze finish looks amazing, but functionality has some minor issues. The second speed does not function at all. The button clicks but does not start the second speed for the fan. 1, 3, and 4 work as intended. The LED has several lines that do not illuminate. This was a very expensive hood that should provide 100% of the functionality.

Missing Bluetooth speakers

Ordered this in black. Missing the Bluetooth speakers. Waiting to hear back from zline. Very disappointed since I spent $800 on this.

ZLINE WE HAVE A PROBLEM!

This is the 3rd time I tried to purchase the convertible hood vent. Each time it arrived something was incorrect. First the color, second the wrong item was delivered. The saying goes the third time is a charm NOPE! They finally sent the correct hood vent but the WRONG chimney!!! It has been 2 weeks and we are still waiting for a response from Zline.

Amazing customer service

I bought this to improve ventilation in my kitchen and in the first shipment the hood was dented, but Zline customer service was superb and sent me a new one quickly! Very happy with the service and excited to install my new hood range!

Looks gorgeous. Runs quiet.

We haven't used the vent fan because the house is not finished. However, I was disappointed in the extension for the vent and the fact that it doesn't quite match the stainless look of the vent on the fan.

Works great and looks beautiful

Works great !! I have always thought and heard that a recirculating hood could not possibly work. Well this one does . The filters are quite expensive but the hood takes care of the odor of frying bacon. Amazing. We will see how long they do well. It was installed by our handyman. He didn't have any difficulty. The lights are excellent and it isn't too loud.

That is about to size and features

Building a house. Won’t be install till about November . I feel I will love my stove. It always wanted one.
