The flange that attaches the grab bar to the wall/studs were way too light. Not nearly sturdy enough to support any weight in case of a shower fall emergency.

These were easy to install in my bathroom. They are solid and secure when I've used them on a daily basis. I would buy them again.

Instruction come in a 4pt font size!!!!

Don't know where to start. SOooo, I'll start with the instructions. Lets see, I ordered two grab bars, now who would be ordering grab bars? Old people, I'm 70, my wife 66, and the instruction sheet was 3x5 inches!!!!! The font size is about 4pt.......had to use a magnifier, and then the actual instructions, pound nails , what nails???? Drill holes but don't give you the size bit to use or anything else of any use! The grab Bars them selves where cheap, thin metal, but because I'm somewhat of a craftsman I set out to install using my good sense. They work but absolutely no help from the seller........

There were missing hardware

They didn’t send all the hardware. Could only use one.

The bars attached quickly to the wall. the screws and anchors may be a little on the small side. One screw going into plywood snapped off. Where I hit studs behind the drywall, I used 2 inch %238 deck screws. i expect to eventually get a call back on the very minimal plastic anchors with %236 screws but will know to put the star anchors and bolts in my pouch.

The bars are excellent for helping my husband in the bathroom. Likes the grooving in the center for gripping.

Just as described, however, if you have a shower insert, you may need extenders in order to reach a stud to hook into.

The product is not represented correctly.

The Handrail diameter is 1" while the illustrations show 1.4". Typical dimensions for a grab bar are 1 1/4' to 1 1/2". This is undersized.

Sturdy device makes showering more safe.

This is a very sturdy and safe device for your shower. Because of my balance being very bad I was nervous about taking a shower while standing but this product really helps with your stability while showering.
