This is a very effective cleaning product that does not appear to have harsh chemicals as it does not really have a strong smell. It works well, especially with the vacuum tool accessory - together a nice combo

Used this product to test and clean up some accidents that our new 4 month Golden Retriever puppy. Cleaned the accidents as I would have expected. Smell was nothing that would make me not purchase this product in the future. Did not leave any stains after it dried

This product helped to get rid of a cat smell out of the house after a problem. The cat made a mistake and then the product helped to clear the smell and make the place go back to a normal hood smell.

Really good stain and spot treatment. Better than most I would say. The trick that I found works best is wetting the area before applying. Then rubbing it into the fibres, and finally letting it sit for a while (20-30 min) then hitting it with the spot suction or towel.

Decent cleaner. Does a good job of cleaning pet messes. Could be a bit more powerful but I do like the fact it doesn’t have an overpowering smell. Almost no scent at all. I’ve got an old dog and a puppy, so I didn’t have to wait long to try it out. Seems to get the area clean so the dogs aren’t sniffing around so, it works good enough.

I used this product on my fabric chairs and found it was great as removing tough spots that wouldn't come out with soap alone. The fact that it is in a spray bottle makes it easy to use and keeps things clean. It is marketed for pets though it can also remove other stains like chocolate and fruit juice that my kids have spilled. I also like that it is environmentally friendly.

I have used this product a few times since I got it, and it works amazing!! I used it on the carpet for a puppy accident and it cleaned the mess up, and there was no stain or smell left behind. I also used it on a chair that had a coffee spill, and it lifted the sating from that as well.

We had a few areas on our rugs that our pet stained. The "SPOT" pet, spot and odor remover was very effective in removing the stain. It also left a pleasant odour. We tried it first on a spare piece of carpet and after drying there was no indication that the product was ever used there. Works perfectly and would highly recommend it for small stains.

Used on the rubberized carpet at the front door. Product has pleasant smell to it. Has helped to assist in cleaning the area in the bottom left hand corner of the mat as I was testing out a spot cleaning suction device. The mat has had minor accumulation of dirt from the winter. It has helped to clean the dirt from the area. Happy with the performance.

Used this product on our couches. We have a beagle and loves to get into things when we aren't home and get on the furniture. Needless to say there were a few stains we had to work on. Followed the instructions on the bottle, tested on an obscure section of the couch to make sure there was no damage to the material. When used the first time, it didn't really do a whole lot. The second time seemed to be the charm. Stain is gone and odour is not there.

I used the Spot Remover spray with the matching Spot Vortex removal tool. This did an excellent job on a small, but stubborn spot that had dried into the carpet long ago. Even before I used the spot vortex tool it seemed like the spray was starting to pull the stain out. After scrubbing with the bristled brush that comes with the spot vortex this further seemed to loosen the stain. Please read my review on the Spot Remover tool for more detailed info about it.

I used this product along with the spot Vortex cleaner to clean a black utility carpet in a garage that had an unknown white stain on it. It’s hard to say whether it was the spray or the Vortex that did the job but either way, I am happy with the results.

I have had a stain in my basement area rug that’s been there for years. After vacuuming the carpet clean I sprayed the stain remover over the area. After letting the remover soak into the stain I used the Spot Vortex connected to my wet/dry shop vac.The liquid was quickly pulled out of the rug and the stain was gone. I am very happy with the results and this product will be used next time a stain appears.

Works great on pet stains. Spray bottle is of good quality. Doesn’t leak. Overall a good stain and odor remover. Doesn’t damage materials, still effectively removes stains. Highly recommended product.

A have a small commercial building where food and drink stains on the carpet floor are a regular occurrence. I applied Spot Remover as directed onto the stain and allowed it to soak for 15 minutes. I then used carpet cleaning device to remove the Spot Remover from the carpet. The product works! See the before and after photos. Furthermore, there was no damage to the carpet.

Spot and odor remover Spray (710 ml) is very effective. My daughter drop ice cream on the living room carpet. We apply the product (5 sprays) and scrub for 20 seconds. The stain was gone. The smell of the product is nice, not to strong and refreshing.

Used this to spot treat a stain on a light colored carpet I have in my basement that my cat puked on. Seemed to remove it fairly quickly with minimal scrubbing. Overall I'd give it a 4 as it doesn't stand out exceptionally over other products but it did hold it's open
