AMAZING stuff!! No greasy residue whatsoever!

AMAZING stuff!! I'm serious, where has this product been all my life? It goes on smooth, giving a nice luster to our kitchen and bath cabinets, door frames, and window ledges -- but here's the amazing part: you can run your finger over the surface immediately after application and it comes away clean! No greasy residue whatsoever!

Great product!

I bought Murphy's Oil soap to use on my wood cabinets in the kitchen. I remembered my Mother using the very same product many years ago and that it had worked. So, I used it and it removed all of the build-up of dirt, grease and fingerprints from all of the years. It left a wonderful, clean smell behind too! Definitely a recommended product and one that WORKS!!

Murphys Oil Soap Wood Cleaner

It’s been years since I’ve had any wooden furniture worthy of a decent quality wood cleaner. I’ve always like Murphys but this stuff is fabulous. I love that it doesn’t have a harsh chemical scent to it that chokes me up from breathing fumes. It works wonderfully on my wooden table as well as my refurbished vintage chest of drawers. It seems to last a while as well. And one of the best things is, it’s not too expensive in today’s economy.

2024 “New look, same formula”? Like New Coke :(

Have used this for years and loved it. New color of product made me wonder but believed the “New look, same formula” claim.

This stuff is great! Creeping mildew, no problem!

This stuff is fantastic! We live in a 140 year old house without central air, so summer brings humidity which can lead to creeping mildew on our antique wood furniture. Left untreated, it can cause damage. I have been using furniture polish on it for years, with limited success. The first time I used this, I was so pleased! The cleaner took care of the mildew while enriching the furniture and giving it a healthy glow. It's like a facial for your furniture! I am stocking up on Murphy Oil Soap Wood Cleaner!

Should have kept the old formula

I have used this product for years and I had not been able to find it but then I saw the bottle (different color) I figured I would try it. It is not remotely the same. I can dust and it leaves dust behind and also leaves streaks so I am doing twice the work. I am probably going to throw it away - waste of money. I see in some of the reviews, they claim not to have changed the formula since 2004 - that is incorrect. It looks totally different and does not work.

Best wood cleaner ever.

I’ve been having renovations to my house & the GC(?) didn’t close off the areas not being renovated. (Do not get me started on that!) I tried the regular Murphy’s on my antique wooden furniture & on hardwood exposed in the reno & wasn’t satisfied with the results. Found this version of Murphy’s & decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! It cleaned the newly exposed but horribly dirty transitions so well that even the GC was surprised. Then I tried it on a 300 year old plantation desk: omg, the dirt it got off that desk!!! I had to throw away the painters cloths I was using to clean it. It literally looks like a different piece now!! This stuff is unbelievable. Buy it!
