Makes Car Shiny, it’s hydrophobic & beads Water!

This makes my car really Shiny, you simply spay the Car then wipe off with a microfibre cloth. This product also causes the rain to bead kind of repelling from the Car with its hydrophobic effect.

I am impressed with how easy it is to apply this product! I have used it for both windows and body of my car, and it works great. I have had it applied for 2 weeks, so I don’t have a long term test as of yet, but I am looking forward to many months of protection.

What a catchy name great packaging but more importantly they have the science down really really well. It does exactly what it says. It’s gonna do with the ceramic coating and the cleaning agents. It makes it really simple to clean your car up quickly. My suggestion would be to use a microfiber towel to make it even more dramatically better, and easier to obtain that exact quick shine that you’re looking for. Love the product can’t rave any harder about this? i’ve tried several of their products and all of them are Golden.

Super easy to use with really nice ceramic protect

This product perfomed better than my expectation. It cleans and protects well, it made the surface shine even better. I used this on my Harley Davidson Motorcycles / bikes. I did not pre-wash or water the surface. Just sprayed on the bike, sprayed on the microfiber cloth as well, then wipe off. Then a nice and shine finish with pretty deep colors. I'd buy another bottle after this one.

Chemical Guys for the win!

In 2020 I had my car professionally detailed and ceramic coated. Since then I have been using Hydro Speed after my weekly maintenance washes to maintain the shine, gloss and protection. Even at 2024 the car washes remain easy to get the dirt off and water still beads. I recommend this product or any SIO2 based spray wash to maintain a ceramic coating. Chemical Guys Hydo Speed fits the need.

Works ok, but pricy!

The product works pretty much as advertised, a bit more difficult to apply versus say Wet Coat by Geyon. I found I had better long lasting results with Wet Coat over the Chemical Guys stuff. Chemical Guys are great at marketing, really cool bottles, but their performance for the higher end products doesn’t surpass cheaper professional grade alternatives. At our detailing shop we still use some Chemical Guys products, and routinely test everything available to us, but for the price of this particular product, it just doesn’t seem to outperform cheaper alternatives. A bottle of Wet Coat is half as much, and contains over twice the liquid that Hydro Speed does, making it last at least twice as long. I’d recommend going online and buying Wet Coat vs. Paying an incredible amount for Hydro Speed.

It was good but I think the griots garage product is better and easier to use. My results turned out very good using the chemical guys and I'm a huge fan of the chemical gardens which is why I tried it. But the other stuff is better

Easy to apply

Easy to apply and shines up nicely. Did not hide light scratches as well as I had hoped, but leaves a smooth finish. A little too pricey in my opinion.

Nice finish shine

Leaves a nice finish shine also helps with the rain. It beads up and goes away never leaving watermarks on your vehicle. I recommend this product for everyone who wants to take care of the finish shine on your vehicle.

This product is a must have!

Chemical Hiys Hydrospeed Ceramic Quick Detailer worked wonders on my car. After I cleared the duco contaminants using a clay bar, I applied this product over the duco, gave it a qick polish with a microfibre cloth then a final wipe over with a clean microfibre cloth. The duco now looks a deeper colour, shiny and repels water and other contaminants. I love this product.

Good enough

beading power is good for the price. i’d say it lasted about 6 weeks on the windscreen and about 8 weeks everywhere else. next time i would use a bit of a heavier hand than demonstrated in the video as parts that got a thicker coating lasted longer.

Great Product

for the cost of this product it works really well, like most ceramic coatings it makes dirt and mud fall straight off with a little bit of water, also gives that nice water beading effect :)
