There was no mention on the order confirmation that a code would be forthcoming. So, when the NON-SPEAKING ENGLISH person arrived and said through an ap that she could not leave the order without a code and rattled on and on, I stopped her and told her we've never had a code before and I knew nothing about a code. Since she didn't speak english, and I don't speak spanish, I told her to leave. She took the order with her. (that we paid for) We were not communicating. If you are going to hire folks to deliver, they should speak ENGLISH!! the majority of society speaks ENGLISH!!. This isn't good for your business-even if you 3rd source out for this service. I called management, and had conversations with them. bottom line, I'm ordering from Dillons from now on. That wasn't good business from Wal-Mart.
