42'' Square Table Top with Reversible Laminate Top

The 1st table received was damaged, so a replacement was sent at no cost. The replacement table also had chips in the surface on one side. We chose not to use that side, so I did not ask for another table top.

I will be returning it I\'m waiting for the claim number or redeem number to send it back the table I ordered was square is not square it\'s circle round sides and it\'s to small

Good quality and thick enough to support many objects being place on it. The surface finish appears to be top quality on both surfaces. Will make another purchase!

Lacking customer service

My table top was received damaged. It was not packaged well and at some point dropped on the corner chipping away the wood. Two unreturned messages to Customer Service and email that was automatically responded to has yet to be resolved in over two weeks. At this point you should buy elsewhere.

Quality doesn’t seem to matter

Table top arrived, perfect box with no damage, yet table top (dark side that was to be used) had defects in the top that were in the material, and looked like worm holes, but were not, stands out like a sore thumb. It is in the material and cannot be felt or removed. Also, had a six inch goober along one corner that they tried to mask with putty. Tried contacting them, they ask for photos, never heard from them again.

Sturdy, reasonably priced

We've purchased about 20 of these to match up with some black table bases, also from Overstock.com. They are sturdy and have some nice weight to them, wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I had been looking for a 42" square tabletop at much higher prices when I came across this one. Terrific durable black top for a small dining table. Glad I found it!

Boxes dropped too often

Ordered table top and base. Very disappointed. Table top edging was damaged -- looked like box had been dropped several times. Phoned Jet and they sent a replacement. To my disappointment this was in the same condition too. When the base arrived - the package with 6 screws (which had to be screwed into base of table top - with no predrilled holes) was open and only 3 screws were lying somewhere in the open box. It looked as though it had been returned for some reason - but was not checked before resending out - maybe it was wobbly - I don't know ...... After the bad experience with the table top - I was not going to waste my time to find out. Very disappointed. I don't usually write reviews, but I really felt I had to so others are not as frustrated as me! Please do not buy these products. ON A POSITIVE NOTE JET CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO FRIENDLY, UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL - I WILL USE JET.COM AGAIN BECAUSE OF THEM - BUT NOT ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS!
