Love my Boos Board!

I got a great deal on this Walnut Boos board. I've been waiting for a long time to get this and I'm so glad I made my purchase. It was quick shipping but the package was slightly damaged when I got it. Thankfully, the board wasn't damaged. I'm amazed at how many things I can chop at one time on this huge board. It's so pretty that I didn't even want to make any knife scratches but I know that's the whole point of the board. Highly recommend!

This butcher board is beautiful! And huge! I love the black walnut it is rich in color and looks great next to our white countertops! The quality of this butcher board is great, and the maintenance is easy especially with the boos brothers maintenance kit! We love ours!

I don't have a ton of counter space in my house, and that tends to hinder the big holiday cooking or even just a fun meal. Everything I do in my kitchen, I have to keep that space issue in my mind. When I saw this, the only thing I could think of is "Where in the world could I even put this?" Then, it dawned on me! I could easily store this on my stove. That way it would get maximum use... cutting and/or serving board when in use, and extra counter space/stove protector when not in use! So, I took the leap of faith and got it. To say I am blown away is an understatement. This things is BEAUTIFUL and it is HEAVY! I am confident that it is 100% black walnut, and I absolutely love that! My first use, I was terrified to use it... it's just so pretty and so nicely made. First use, I made tacos for dinner. I used the board to cut onion, tomato, and lettuce. The board survived well and looked amazing while doing it! I served all of the toppings on the board and spent entirely too long staring at how pretty it was haha! When finished I wiped it down and left it on my stove. It looks great and keeps my burners protected. It's easy to move around, thanks to the recessed handles that ensure a good and comfortable grip. Ladies with longer fingernails, you're good! I have medium length nails and had no issues moving this around. Since taco night, I have used it a good 10-15 more times, and I can't find a single thing about this board to complain about.

Let me just start off by saying how much I love my cutting board. Seriously, amazing. I didn't realize exactly how big it was going to be, but the bigger the better. I use this everyday. The quality is top notch, it's a beautiful american black walnut cutting board. It's not light either, but not extremely heavy. It's perfect. It also come with a little kit to help keep the quality the best it can be. Amazing. I have no use for my other cutting board anymore. This one is way bigger and better than I could have ever expected. I love using this for any and all cutting I have to do.

This black walnut cutting board is absolutely beautiful and arrived in perfect shape with no blemishes or defects. Before using it, I followed the provided instructions, and treated with the Boos mystery oil followed by board cream which was a very easy process. After the treatment I was ready for my first use. The first thing I noticed is that the board is large enough to prep multiple veggies at the same time. I was able to dice 3 onions and process multiple bell peppers without running out of room. I even had my garbage bowl on the upper right corner and it never encroached on my space. The board is heavy but the notches on the side of the board make it super easy to handle when you need to flip the board. I segregated my fruits from savory items by giving them each their own side of the board (no one likes their strawberries with a hint of garlic!) and this was a very easy process.

I used this gorgeous black walnut cutting board to serve a display of charcuterie at a party my husband and I recently had and it was a huge hit. This boo block board is an impressive size and weight. We piled on a variety of meats, cheeses, nuts, spicy jams and jellies as well as olives and it was a truly beautiful display. I can't wait to do this again for the next party. Also, I absolutely LOVE the size of this board for food prep. I can prep an entire stew worth of vegetables on this one board and still have room for slicing bread. I can also carve a turkey because the board will accommodate large food items. I would definitely recommend having one of these in your home on hand.

This beautiful walnut chopping block is a definite must have!! I was so pleasantly surprised when I first opened the box to see how large it actually was. It is such a high quality piece of wood! It even looks beautiful sitting on my kitchen island! It is a perfect thickness also. I was most excited and surprised that I also recieved a cleaning and maintenance kit with my board! I use this chopping board weekly and it has been so great for me!

I've owned plastic, rubber, and fake wooden cutting boards my entire life. I honestly had believed all of them were the same until now. Boos Block cutting boards are worth every dollar because it is legitimate wood, sturdy, and extremely large. You'll have more than enough space to prep up to 4 different items! The maintenance and care is a little cumbersome but worth it considering the quality. This board doesn't harm your knife's edge, and as long as you cut in different areas, instead of hacking and chopping, you'll maximize the lifespan of the board. Everything you need for care is included, even a little applicator that works very well. I'd recommend immediate cleaning after use, don't let any fluids or oils sit on it for hours.

The Boos Block butcher block is of the highest quality! It's elegant and durable and if it were a fixture it would be claimed as a kitchen upgrade. It's gentle on cutlery, yet maintain it's rich beautiful finish with the care and maintenance kit. It is great for our kitchen and makes a classic gift.

My parents have had a Boos cutting board for as long as I can remember, So I was anxious to try it out. First thing I noticed upon receiving my board is that it’s gorgeous. The wood is top of the line and the creatures took care in even making sure the way the grain ran was consistent with the width of the board. I will definitely leave it out on my counter at all times. Did a stir fry the night I got it to try it out. Great product, didn’t even leave cut marks from my knife. Also because there a little weight to the board it didn’t slip and slide on the counter like some boards I’ve used before. Making it safer so I don’t end up cutting myself. It’s mice to have a usable product that’s still very pleasing to the eye.

I really like that this cutting board is a nice size, has a good thickness to it and that it has small groove handles cut into the sides that made it easy to move around when I needed to! It was very easy for me to set the meat I was cutting on it and it had plenty of room to work with on top. It was easy to clean off and the cleaning kit was super nice and easy to use. Definitely recommend!

This cutting board was picked as one of the top ten to buy, and I can definitely. see why. It cleans easily, and I love the fact that it is reversible, and has handles on each end to help with that. It is also a gorgeous piece of wood just to start with. It is heavy, so stays put when you use it, no matter if what you are cutting is slippery or not. Great buy!

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful Statement Piece for Any Kitchen

I have had my fair share of standard, cheap cutting boards. This one was unlike anything I've ever used before and I don't know if I can ever go back to the others again. First, the board is so substantial. It's obvious that this piece is meant to last. This does mean that it's heavy and is going to take up a large chunk of space in your kitchen but it is so worth it when you're cutting a full recipe and want to keep it in one location. I love the small handle indentations on either side - it made what could be a cumbersome piece into one that anyone can use. It's not going to scoot on your countertop and you're not going to run out of cutting space with so much surface area - it can handle everything from a handful of veggies to a full Thanksgiving turkey. Second, it is insanely beautiful. The grain of the wood and the colors make this the perfect match to any kitchen. Lastly, the construction of this board is unparalleled - I can see this living in my kitchen for years to come. This is definitely not a piece that you're going to hide away. I would highly recommend the care kit as this product does require some extra care that I wasn't accustomed to. It's worth the effort for such a nice piece, though.

What a beautiful cutting board! Perfectly sized. This could be used for a fruit and cheese platter for large parties, It’s a good size for a large roast or turkey. The only drawback is that there isn’t a small routed groove to catch the meat juices if you use it for carving. It’s a good weight and there is a cutout on either end of the cutting board for gripping.

Every kitchen needs a Boos Block!

This may be the most indispensable item in our kitchen. I just bought our second one of these because my husband and I usually cook dinner together, and we each want to stand in front of this board while we're prepping. It works hard and looks beautiful. We turn ours frequently and cut on different parts of them so they wear evenly, and we oil them occasionally. These will last for many years. Every kitchen needs at least one Boos Block!
