Damaged

Waited for this piece of wood to show up, finally arrived and its damaged. Home Depot will not help expedite a new one and we are on a deadline. HD claims that I have to take it up with the manufacturer, I can return the damaged one and they will start a whole new order for me....another two/three weeks. We had to modify and deliver a product we completely had to redo. Still no call from the manufacturer. Too bad, its a good piece of wood. In the pictures you can see damaged corner, sloppy staining, wood marker used to hide defects (come on) and table was not square. One half was 60" long, the other side was 59.5" long. Are you kidding me! Do not buy if you want something that is ready to go.

The piece of wood had a bump but unfortunately, I didn’t check it right at the delivery.

Bought this approximately a year ago. Got the look I was looking for Except I did not want it warp or splitting. Right in the middle it is cracking from one end to the other plus it is now bowing in. I really am disappointed. Don't get this I would not want anyone to spend so much money for crap like this. Company should stop selling this junk.

Beautiful table top. Needed a couple of coats of poly even though it says it had it. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. We paired it with cast iron legs from Etsy and chairs from Amazon...we love it.

Looks Great- Started to Bow Unfortunately

We purchased back in May. We have loved how the table looks and fits into our home. However, month over month, we have been observing that the table is bowing more and more from the middle out. Pictures show how much of a bow the table has at this point (using a straight pipe). I attempted to reach out to Pipe Decor's Chat & Email support and they are non-existent, borderline scammy. Emails bounce back and Chat is fake. Very disappointed. At this point, we can't return unfortunately.
