Keeps hot food safely away from face

I bought this microwave based on my contractors recommendation to switch from over the hood to drawer and I was skeptical. I originally thought it would be a problem as we have a young baby at home, but I quickly realized that hot food remains low to the ground and is a safer way to heat food for our family. Works well! No issues.

Powerful and Convenient

I bought this microwave to be installed in my fully renovated kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. It’s easy to clean and convenient to access, especially for my child who can independently microwave items for themselves. I’m also a very short person, so to be able to access the microwave not up over the stove is a game changer. Our kitchen is not that big, so having the option to install it as a drawer instead of being placed on the counter is a huge plus.

Dead after 9 months

This is 8 times the cost of a normal microwave and not worth the investment at all. We installed during new construction in Nov 23, it’s now Aug 24 and the relay board is dead. We use this appliance approximately once daily or less, there is no reason anything should quit working in less than a year. Unfortunately I bought it a few months before installation so we’re outside the warranty period. There’s little to no information online for this and we spent $$ for an onsite repair, where it started working again and then died three days later after reinstallation. This is only the 3rd negative review I’ve ever left, 99% are always positive. Terrible investment!

Fabulous product

It’s been few days already using this product and I can’t stop posting a review. This design is so sleek and stylish and the functions in build are by far the best out of all the microwaves I used!

Cosmo Microwave 10/10

This microwave was purchased for our new kitchen as we have recently renovated our space. This appliance fits seamlessly into our island and is sleek and visually appealing. In addition it performs beautifully and is quite powerful! Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to others for their home. In addition to the microwave, we also purchased another Cosmo item. We bought the 5 burner top oven and it is just as aesthetically, pleasing and sleek as the microwave. We are absolutely thrilled that we went with this company for most of our appliances and would recommend to any and all.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It started sparking in under a year and is a serious fire hazard. I was gifted this product in the box by a family member, so I am not in possession of a receipt, so cosmo will not replace it even though it qualifies under warranty and they have the serial number and model number. If you do not keep your receipts for long periods of time, they will not help you with anything... even with something that could literally burn your house down. 10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND.

Junk lasted 4 months: Home depot tells me they understand my frustration...

I purchased microwave in December from Home Depot and it lasted 4 months. When I contacted Home Depot they sent me to Cosmo because it is no longer their problem. I have jumped through all the hoops to prove that i purchased from HomeDepot and Cosmo. The manufacturer first wanted to charge me 500.00 to get it replaced but considering it only lasted 4 months they would cut me some slack . Keep in mind it was built in August of 2023, it lasted 4 months, and I suppose to pay to get it fixed. Cosmo finally agreed if i would pay 148.00 right now ( in May and i did) they would send me a new microwave(Not yet). Cosmo contact keeps telling me someone will get with me when it's shipped. I did receive an email from Cosmo today 06/20/24 that I will have my microwave by July the 8th.... i have 1500 in this and i still don't have a working microwave.... It took me a week to get it when i purchased and picked it up at home depot but i am going on 2 months and still heating food in my camper.... oh yeah Home depot tells me they understand my frustration...

Love my new hidden microwave - countertops are so much more open now

FIRE HAZARD

I've had this microwave for under a year and the metal components around the back right wheel of the drawer sparked so bad that it burnt the back right-side of the microwave. Thank goodness we stopped it before it caught fire.

Open/Close Buttons Fail

Brand new out of the box and the Open/Close buttons do not work. This microwave looks nice and that's about it. Absolute trash.

Return policy

return policy was not clear. Ordered a 24" as an oversight for a kitchen remodel. By the time we were ready to install, one week after pick up, it was realized the microwave was too small. Lowes would not take it back as it was more than 48 hours from pick up. The box was open, but everything was packaged back as original.
