MISSING COMPONENTS & BAD SHARP CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sent from Sharp itself with a loose blower plate and missing screws. The blower motor was already in a different orientation than it should be.

CAME FROM SHARP MISSING PARTS-BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

The microwave arrived from Sharp with the blower plate loose, and missing the screws to keep it on. The blower motor was seated in an alternate position contrary to the instructions. Worse however, was the fact that they sent this WITHOUT THE PACKET OF HANGING ACCESSORIES. When I called Sharp for help, I got the WORST customer support. Their support cannot track down an order with a Sharp PO# (seems crazy), so they ask you to email Sharp with the order information! Why do I have to do that??!! Then, support said they couldn't help me; they would take 5 business days to discuss with another department on whether to send me this missing parts. Excuse me? I'm unable to install the microwave, and you have to "check" with another department and then hold me up a week to send a package with the hardware. Oh, and then trying to return this is a hassle. They won't schedule the return pick up. You'll have to lug the huge box to UPS yourself. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CONSIDER SHARP.

Stainless steel front is classy

This Model is slightly different than my previous two. The first two (since 2011) were black and this one is stainless. A great convection microwave for use in an RV.

This is a minimalist,simple over range microwave that installs easily and is very user friendly. It cooks evenly and is the perfect size for anything you're going to need. I just wanted something simple that I could figure out on my own that was going to last a long time.

Great Microwave/Convection Oven for Home or RV

This microwave was purchased to replace an existing sharp microwave of the earlier version of this same model in a 1993 Winnebago Itasca motor home. The installation was very smooth as it fit in the exactly as the previous microwave. The microwave and convection oven features work superb!
