Who knew a microwave could also be a convection oven?! I was expecting to simply replace my cabinet microwave that had sadly died before its time. This ZLINE is amazing! Understanding all the features was a bit of a learning curve, and it's still an adventure figuring out what I'm doing. But aren't most new appliances like that -- full of bells and whistles signifying nothing.

NEVER In my life have I witnessed such incompetency ever. I ordered something and have been waiting weeks for delivery. calling day after day with NO response and zero help. I was told by my appliance vendor that I should not buy from ZLINE and I didn't listen unfortunately. Now I have a kitchen that is half finished and a contractor waiting for appliance that seems to never be delivered. I was supposed to receive it last week. Then today. now I logged on and it has NO date of delivery and ONCE more I am on hold with zline customer service for the past hour trying again for the 10th time to contact this company.

Can't rate it yet. Just had it installed, after about 2 months sitting in the box. It looks nice, can't wait to cook with it.

I never received the item, but Home Depot charged me for it. Still waiting to see if they’re going to correct the problem.

Love the cook this oven has, it’s like having two ovens. A beautiful piece of kitchen artwork, fits perfectly with my other appliances.

Beautiful Zline appliance

I bought a ZLINE package. I bought the fridge the microwave, dishwasher,a 48 inch oven and stove and the ZLINE hood over the top of the stove. I love them all ZLINE has been great to work with and so has premier home source I would go there again for all my products. I’ve sent my kids there they bought the same things we’re all very happy.

We have only had this microwave installed for two weeks but already we love all of the features and how it operates. Our KitchenAid microwave was only 3 1/2 years old when it broke down. The warranty provider decided not to repair it and gave us our money back. We purchased the Z line microwave to replace it. It’s less expensive than the KitchenAid but functions so much better. We will see how it holds up overtime though.

Cute, friendly to use, some shortcomings

Great things about this oven: horizontal handle, configurable inside rack, cute, can microwave with the rack in, with the heating elements, it DOES bake very well, and you do still have to rotate pans as the back of the oven is hotter

Not Worth It

Bought this microwave and for some reason it blows air out noisily whenever you run it. Also, as a rule of thumb add a minute to anything that you read on package instructions. The microwave wattage is so low that everything takes much longer than what it should to warm up. A good rule of thumb is add a minute per five minutes minutes called for ok any package. You cannot hear the signal when it is done cooking. This microwave functions at a cost level less than half of what I paid.

Mediocre product, amazing customer service

I am on my second microwave in 2.5 years, the first one completely stopped working 12 days after installation while on bake mode - we had a cabinet built to allow the correct air flow etc - 2 years later the plate stopped spinning, we replaced the coupler (free of charge by zline) and it still didnt work. The first replacement microwave was dented by FedEx during shipping, Zline has technically given me 3 microwaves and a coupler within 2.5 years free of charge and minimal hassle. I’m not crazy about this product however it technically does do a good job having both bake and micro options to it. We were hoping that purchasing this would prevent us from needing a toaster oven but (personally) it didn’t. Customer service wise, Zline is incredible.

This thing is massive but so worth it! We’ve upgraded our appliances and couldn’t find anything for a good built in microwave until we came across this that serves as both a microwave and convection oven. We love it, it’s luxurious and super quiet.

Love this microwave!

After previously having a automatic drawer microwave, I knew I wanted something different and I couldn't love the oven door feature of this model more. It fits perfectly in the cabinet without the need for any trim and functions wonderfully. I don't often use the convection oven setting but when our oven was out of commission for a couple of weeks, it worked wonderfully to still enjoy oven baked meals in a fraction of the time. Nothing but great things to say about this microwave, it's probably my favorite kitchen appliance of all!
