Frustrated with instructions

This product was great once put together. The issue was, the instructions were melted together. Almost like they got wet then dried, but weren’t readable. My husband had to try and find it online, which he couldn’t. So he tried his best to put it together. On top of that, the bag with the rocks in it burst, and they were all over the inside of the box. BUT, he said it puts out good heat once together.

Great for the price, but....

So it says in the instruction manual its a one person job. It can be, but its much easier with two. I set the pit up and have a few small parts left over including one AA battery. Can't figure out where the battery goes and no where in the manual does it talk about a battery. The pit wont start, but I can clearly hear the propane coming out. I go the help website listed in the manual, but that website is no longer operational. I do a live chat and learn there is a new self help website! Then the represenative asks if I put in the battery correctly. I told him a received a battery but the manual makes no mention of it. He tells me its part of the ignitor and how to install it. He tells me page 10 in the manual explains it all...but I don't have a page 10 in my manual!!! I had an old manual with missing pages and a help website thats no longer in extistance. It was frustrating, but in the end everything was figured out

Love this fire table! Is exactly what I was hoping it would be and goes really well with my new patio furniture

We purchased this fire table because it matched our outdoor furniture very well and seemed to put out a little of heat. We were very satisfied with everything for a little under a year. Then all the paint started chipping off of the product. We have a back patio that is totally covered and kept the fire table covered with the provided cover during the winter months in addition to being underneath the roof. I would not advise anyone to purchase this product. For the money, go buy one somewhere else.

Firepit

Not impressed. I’ve had this for a year and always covered except for maybe 2 weeks tops. I took cover off and it’s rusting already. I live in Fl so no harsh weather hitting it. It’s also taller than expected. Would not buy again

Beautiful, but paint didn’t last!!

This table was easy to assemble and was beautiful when finished. The only downside is that after about 6 months the paint started to peel and after about a year we sanded it down and repainted it and even the new paint only lasted a couple months. It’s under a covered porch so it rarely got wet. If the paint would have lasted I would’ve given it 5 stars!!! 😭

save your money and buy something else

it looks nice but it is very difficult to get it lit. wouldnt recommend

Love this fire pit!

Love this fire pit and it matches the sectional set purchased. High enough to sit around to eat or relax by. Cover holds up to the rain and wind storms quite well.
