Reliable %26 Durable item

As a petite female/person i appreciate the clever design of this mountain bike; Absolutely great texture on tires and enjoying the complimentary air pump. It’s unfortunate that a previous “disgruntled customer” left an irrelevant %26 rather absurd comment considering the “shopping experience” has less to do with the functionality %26 credibility of this Item- and more so regarding their lack of knowledge/time/efforts in the refund process of the item within the store %26 policy. I recommend anyone to dismiss the (1 start) rant in that case.

Boycott this company.

I purchased 2 of the exact same bike's for 2 ladies at our residency that have special needs. I realized after I should have chosen a more simple design as the switching gears would be an issue. I emailed them explaining the situation. I did not request a refund, I only requested an exchange for bikes that we're a better fit for these 2 ladies. I did miss the return date by almost 3 weeks, and that is my fault. However, I run a large organization for the ADA and I find it in poor taste that they could not make an exception to complete an exchange. Greed is more important than consumer's needs. I do not recommend purchasing from them. I recommend a boycott.
