very poor and over priced

After purchasing this product, I was very excited that finally found the perfect nonstick pan. Definitely not a life time guaranteed, I have always washed it with the recommend method and use an oil before I use it. The picture speaks its self, definitely not recommend it.

Non-Nonstick! Disappointing Experience with High-End Nonstick Saucier Pan

I was thrilled at the prospect of owning this perfect pan. Upon its arrival, I noticed an unusual smell, so I carefully washed it with warm water (no soap), heated it, and then coated the surface with oil, letting it cool down afterward, like usual nonstick pan should do before the first use. Then the first two uses were promising - it worked wonderfully for stir-frying and frying eggs, with me diligently cooking with oil, cooling it down before cleaning with warm water, and wiping it down each time. However, to my disappointment, by the third use, the pan's non-stick quality had diminished significantly, with food beginning to stick to the surface. Despite attempting to re-season the pan, which my chef friend advised shouldn't be necessary unless it's a cast iron or carbon steel, the issue persisted. Given its price, the performance is underwhelming, and I find myself unable to recommend this saucier pan to others based on my experience.
