Dented and scratched

while i think both drawers are functional, the unit is noticeably dented and there are a couple of scratches on the front.

Flimsy packaging, damaged goods and return hassle!

Really wanted this as it was perfect fit for under new desk and color matched. Ordered two but both arrived damaged with one box showing evidence of miss-handling and loose tape. Both had lots of bent metal damage and looked terrible. Had to return both which was a real pain as the packaging wasn't good to begin with, cabinets are heavy and had to physically take them to Fedex myself for the return. The seller was not that easy to deal with regarding the return/refund process and the boxes appeared to be resold items. The manufacturer needs to improve their packaging OR these need to be double-boxed for better protection. Had issues getting two return labels as these couldn't be returned in a single box. This is a Walmart.com issue that needs more clarity and options.

Sturdy filing cabinet

filing cabinet was good quality and nice looking, rolls easy and seems very sturdy. We ordered 2 of them, one was damaged on delivery and another was sent but was also dented. Company was very good at providing options to satisfy us.

Quality construction with smooth drawer movement. No sharp edges to impart cuts. Normal 81/2 x 11 hanging files work well. No built in bar to accommodate 81/ x 14 hanging files. Easy rolling over my office style carpet. Stylish, contemporary look. I am overall satisfied with this purchase. Although this file cabinet was more expensive than some, I am happy with the value. Owned for a month.

This cabinet isn't bad really. The drawer action feels legit, but the overall metal gauge of the drawers and housing seems a little weak. As it is> we aren't looking for something that must be an heirloom, and the price is right. Delivery was on target up until we got hit with a snowstorm> UPS did the best they could.

Great Filing Cabinet!

I bought this in place of the Hon 510. I loved the quality of the Hon and was a little wary of trying a different brand, but this is a great replacement! Its shorter in height, which was the main reason I chose this brand. Hons smaller sized filing cabinet didn't have the greatest reviews. This one slides in and out easily. Its not as amazing as the Hon 510, but it will work well for heavy use. Both drawers can open at the same time which I like (its under a desk, so no fears of it toppling over). Overall, good purchase!
