Three Damaged cabinets, two of them unusable.

These are exactly what I need BUT all three I ordered arrived damaged. The boxes arrived via UPS and appeared to be undamaged. One is totally unusable because two drawers have fallen out of their mounts and are crooked. I attempted to fix that, but there was too much other damage to consider keeping. One cabinet has two drawers that are skewed, seemingly from the whole cabinet being twisted. The third only has "cosmetic" damage but not something I am going to accept when I am paying over $1,000 for three cabinets. The only way to contact the seller is through a form, and they will respond "within 48 hours". We will see. Probably the first and last time I will buy through Walmart! Not exactly the hassle-free experience you get from Amazon Prime.

Good product, confused service

The filing cabinets are great. Good construction. No complaints. However, several weeks after I placed the order, I received an email indicating these were out of stock and my order was being refunded. So imagine my surprise when I found out they had shipped. That's why I'm rating this 4 stars.

The filing cabinet drawers move

The filing cabinet drawers move smoothly and seem strong but the cabinet arrived dented even though the box was intact. Luckily the dented part in under a table where it doesn't show. Also, there are no dividers for the drawers. I didn't think to check for that when ordering.

It was overall, very well constructed as a whole, glides work very smoothly for the drawers. I like the size difference in the drawers and the bottom drawer works perfect for hanging folders. Has roller wheels on the bottom and it works great on carpets as well. The only thing I would of liked to have seen which would of have been an improvement on the overall construction, and that would be the locking mechanism on the cabinet and the associates keys key that operates it. They appear to be an after thought and are cheaply constructed. They do not compliment the overall cabinet constructability.

Great Cabinet

Just received them and have not filled them yet but I am very happy with the clean lines and color (putty). The cabinet seems sturdy and the rolling drawers are smooth. 4 stars given because the drawers are not self closing (you have to push close to shut all the way) but that isn't a problem for us based on price point. I am using this for a small home business and sturdiness and attractiveness are most important. I need to open them over and over throughout the day without it wearing out which I do not feel will be a problem with this cabinet. The cabinet bases have rollers (hidden) that I did not expect but if I read the description more thoroughly I would have realized. These rollers do not lock so once I have it full I am hoping it doesn't roll around but again something we can deal with if needed.

Personally, I prefer this brand when it comes to file cabinets. I also like that this one is made from recycled materials!

This is a great filing cabinet. Definetly works better than the cheaper models

Not worth the moey

Very dissapointed. The metal gauge construction of the cabinet was so thin, I thought it would tip over. I was looking for a cabinet much stronger. Instead, the walls are paper thin. The gauge of the metal construction should be included in the description.

Disappointed. Paint chips off easily.

I thought I was buying the highest quality but I opened the drawers a couple of times to make sure the drawers opened and closed ok and then noticed that the paint was chipping off the space bar in between some of the drawers and some of the bottoms of the drawers. I haven't even put my files in them yet. I bought 3 of these and it is happening to all three !
