Something has gone wrong for us with these filters this year, and 3M no longer offers support. We've been using this system since 2017, and had excellent results for most of that time, replacing the filters every 12 months. Starting in May of this year, something changed, and we've needed to replace the filters every 6-7 weeks. At $ a pop, this is a problem!When we called 3M technical support, they explained that 3M no longer manufactures the filters, even though their name remains on the labels. They gave us a number for the new manufacturer, but we've been unable to reach anyone there.
