When it works, it's good, but constantly stops

Need to return this. I loved it at 1st because it seemed so easy to make the driveway uniformly clean, but then after a couple hours of use it started to leave clean "stripes". So, in looking at it, the rotating wand would just stop spinning even though it would turn freely by hand. Tried "unclogging" the nozzles per instructions, no help (not clogged). After another 1-2 hours, it started leaking badly at the hub and was obviously starting to fall apart. Unsure why all the 5-star reviews?!

Absolutely in LOVE with my Surface Cleaner

Amazing. just recieved it 2 hours ago and was just going to try it out real quick and now i can't stop cleaning. its amazing. you dont tealize how dirty your concrete actually is until you use this ine. I did try a Ryibinone out last week, and i returned it to the store the same day. I actually got better results with just the power washer alone. so, I was skeptical about trying another one, I thought they would all be tge same way, but I read the reviews in this one and decided to give it a try. I am so thankful I listened to the reviews and decided to give it one more try with a surface cleaner or I would have missed something great.

Returned the product after no more than an hour of residential use. Attached it to a pressure washer (Comet pump and Honda engine) with maximum rated PSI and GPM per the surface cleaner rating and had to move it very slowly and repeatedly over the same area to get a satisfactory (not great) cleaning. Previously owned a Briggs and Stratton surface cleaner that worked better until it quit working (cost about 3X this unit and larger diameter). Briggs and Stratton would not sell replacement parts. Would not recommend the Westinghouse. No hassle return to Home Depot.

Unfortunately the 12" Westinghouse surface cleaner is a very weak and poor design - too much plastic. It stopped rotating multiple times after only half my driveway was done then started leaking from the top from all the plastic pieces. The 15" Westingtonhouse surface cleaner is excellent! It's well made with brass, no leaks, no clogs, worked like a champ! If your pressure washer can handle the 15" Westinghouse surface cleaner, I highly recommend it. I beg Westinghouse to re-design the 12" one to a higher standard of brass/metal components like the 15". I hope this helps someone out there.
