Supply stop was excellent to work with. Provided hand rail brkts as advertised. Unfortunately FEDEX thought it would be ideal to leave at mailbox instead of front porch. Supply reshipped 3 solid brass brackets at no additional charge to cover the loss. Thank you for the top notch customer service. I will be back to order more products.

Manufacturing Defect

I make handrails and have bought these for years. This time the brackets I received have a manufacturing defect and the bottom doesn't fit flat on the wall because the metal sticks up in the middle.

We needed very strong brackets we could mount to brick. These brackets fit the bill with room to spare. They are very well made and would hold up to anything you throw at them. We looked at 2 other brands, and the Deltana were by far the best.
