Right away I was very impressed with the packaging. The product is packed very well and it even included cloth gloves so you wouldn't get finger prints on the product while installing. The finish is shiny and it looks really high end. This is a quality shower system. It was fairly easy to install, and it came with easy to understand directions.

This shower set by BWE is a great system and very high quality. The faucet body is made from brass for longevity and also stainless steel. It comes in a beautiful brushed nickel finish and comes with a shower head, handheld, pressure balance valve, it's a complete set. I am currently in the process of remodeling my bathroom and this set is going to replace the old one. I have a similar system by BWE installed in a different shower and it's still working with no issues for the past 2 years. BWE makes overall great quality products and this set is no exception.
