buyer beware. This is a ductless hood. I need recirculating so imagine my suprise when I was told that I couldn't return it because it is a clearance item. I also attempted to cancel another large purchase and they told me that it is viewed as a "request." I've never experienced such poor and deviant customer service. I'll never shop here again.

Wonderful product! You wont be disappointed!

I purchased this and waited a while before typing up my review. It has been a work horse!! Used frequently and has had no system issues, it is also quieter than I thought it would be and the light really illuminates my stove well!! I love that the lights can pivot at different angles and the built in Bluetooth feature is just the icing on the cake!!

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

Innovative and Practical
