I really love this range hood. It's so stylish and works excellent. Nothing to complain. It exceeds my expectation.

Quiet operation & sucks a lot of air. The extension looks very professional.

The range hood is beautiful and functional. We purchased the extension and ran it up to the ceiling. Be prepared to need to modify the mounting hardware if you have a sloped ceiling. Installation instructions aren’t great but, serviceable. Would buy again.

If you order this item, you won't be getting it for at least 8 months! We purchased it in December 2023, and the delivery date has already been rescheduled 8 times.

Purchased this range hood along with a samsung range and dishwasher on 12/21/23 3 months later and still haven’t received the range hood. Bestbuy has told me to reschedule 3 times now. Earliest day for delivery is now 5/20/24. Now im stuck without a range hood in my newly remodeled kitchen. This is the last time I’ll be purchasing from best buy.

Easy installation and great performance. I don't know how I could have never had one of those before. The design is beautiful, like the entire BESPOKE line, efficient and silent. We use it every day and it has been satisfactory.

The hood itself is a sleek functional design. Unfortunately, the stainless steel cover to the vent has not received the same design consideration and detracts from the extractor device. Something other than stainless steel should be considered. Perhaps glass with a white background could be used. This would match the hood perfectly.

Garbage vent extension quality - scratches

Got it a day and scratches over vent extension. Instructed to remove plastic wrap before installation, and got scratches easily during installation and got more scratches during cleaning….. what’s the problem. Also the replacement part is $600, more than 1/3 of a full unit. What a rip off.
