Griddle! Amazing!

Griddle is well built, heavy, heats up and cooks amazing. Nice to have the option to utilize a flat top along with the grill!

OK, this griddle is almost to too pretty to cook on, and once you find the right cleaning tools it is easy and fast to keep the griddle looking brand new. It is extremely sturdy with even cooking across the entire surface, and I now find excuses to cook outside versus inside!

Cooking surface bowing!

Love this griddle but from day one my cooking top will bow when it's gets hot , now it's bowed so many times It now stays bowed , very disappointed that this happens when this griddle was not cheap . I reached out to BBQ GUYS and they say they would look I to it and never got back to me , I also reached out to blaze and never received a response. A product with a lifetime warranty I should not have this struggle ....Frustration

Very happy with this item. Took a couple of weeks before we were able to install the Griddle. Found that we were missing the handles to the lid. Contacted the shop....immediately sent out two replacement handles. Great Customer Service. Highly recommend this shop.

Great marketing, subpar functionality

If possible I'd give 2.5 stars and given the choice knowing what I know today I would have purchased something different.

Design is so poor we almost never use this griddle

I cannot stress how poorly the drip pan was designed for this product. The griddle itself works great until you go to clean it. When you remove the drip pan, it is so shallow and poorly shaped that grease, caustic, and whatever else end up sloshing all over the place and spilling onto whatever surface is nearby. We have tried retrofitting the drip pan to reduce the mess that it makes but nothing is a great solution hear without having metalworking experience. For a product this expensive, this should have been designed and thought out a lot better.

Not very durable

Im a little disappointed with how easily the surface scratches on this griddle. I followed the cleaning instructions, used the scotch brite pad as directed, and had scratches all over the top plate. The griddle plate also warps when heated and you can see a gap between the plate and the back vent piece. Even the side panel of the griddle has bent due to the heat. I wouldn't recommend this griddle or any Blaze grills as I am very disappointed with the quality. Spend a little more money and get something better.

Nice griddle! But... you'll need to replace the rubber grips

I love the griddle, but the rubber grips on the knobs dry rotted and fell off after a month or so. Here is what I used to replace the rubber grip... a perfect fit! It's silicone and should last forever.

We have been trying to have the item replaced with no help from the shop!The grill is a closed unit every time to turn it on we get an explosion I am afraid even turn it on anymore as the explosion is progressively worsening. I am afraid for my safety and that of my family.The shop can not even offer to send a tech to look at this item. And false advertises lifetime warranty!!I am not one to write negative reviews but this situation definitely warrants it!!

Plastic on knobs

Plastic on all my blaze product broke looks like the sun ate it. I got this flat top and a reg blaze grill and the plastic on every single knob came off

I have this griddle. It would warp when hot. Mine eventually became warped full time. I pulled the griddle plate from the unit and the welds on the bottom brace under the plate had failed and separated. I contacted Blaze and was told that I had left the griddle on too long and they weren’t going to fix it. My griddle had only been on when actually using it. They did tell me I could just buy a new plate. So much for Lifetime warranty.Update.After several phone calls Kailey at Blaze’s tech support was able to help. She was able to get a new plate for me. It is shipping out today. I am revising my review to 4 stars as the griddle does cook foods well. Once I use the new plate if things change I will update.

Even heat

I've had the grill just shy of a month but so far it is great. Even heat across the surface. Steaks, burgers and chicken have all been great!

Really good so far

Wasnt too complicated. I cooked my first burgers on it and worked well! So far so good!

New Grill

I had to replace my old grill after 20+ years. This grill has exceeded my expectations. I no longer have to stand by the grill. Well worth the investment. Hope this grill last as long as my last.
