Great product, great support!

We have had the Blue KNG301 installed in our kitchen for a little over 2 years and aside from it looking great, it hasn’t crossed our minds. (Read this as it hasn’t had any issues and does exactly what we expect it to do) Our son recently damaged the unit and we needed to repair the oven thermostat. The support team was very helpful in identifying the needed part to order and quickly scheduling a technician. The technician that came to the house was very professional and friendly. He performed the repair quickly and made sure there were no other issues by doing a full checkup for the rest of the oven. I have been very pleased with the product and the level of service support we have received.

Great affordable professional style gas range

I purchased this range 3yrs ago. I am pleased with the look and performance. I get lots of compliments on the range, people think it costs much more than I actually spent. Large size and multiple burners are handy for cooking large meals and several dishes. Everything worked perfectly until now...when the oven just randomly stopped working. I have a ticket in now on the warranty so hopefully that process will be as easy as the purchase and ownership has been so far!

This is a really nice rangeoven and looks beautiful. It heats up fast and cooks wellevenly. The things I don’t like (which I kind of assumed it had and didn’t realize) is that it doesn’t have a timer or any settings for things like convection. And when the temperature reaches its setting, there’s no alarm or sound or anything to notify you of this. There’s a light that comes on when it’s heating up and that light goes off when it’s at the set temp but that is it. The timer is the thing that I most miss but we just bought a little timer and I use Alexa a lot to remind me.

Classy, yet functions and cleans well for everyday use.

We have had our Kucht gas range for about a year and I am so happy with it. I was concerned with how it would clean but this professional grade range cleans up like a charm. I only use soap and water on both the stove top and inside the oven and it seems to do the trick. The burners burn very evenly and accurate in temp. The oven is so easy to use and I love the simplicity of the knobs, convection and light buttons. It looks like class and cooks wonderfully. We are very happy with our purchase.

Love this gas range!

I have not gotten to try my new red range yet because the gas line hasn't been installed at the home that I am remodeling.....however I have this same range in my current home and love it! The beauty of it makes the whole kitchen, but it also is a dream to cook with. I love the simplicity of having just the necessary functions without a lot of extras that could malfunction. I highly recommend this range!

Waste of money

This oven has been nothing but trouble since the moment we bought it 3 years ago. First the oven quit working and completely sooted up in the interior. It was nasty. Kucht sent someone out with a new ignitor and they fixed it...or so we thought. It continued acting up but I was resolved to live with it since it was such a pricey purchase. Right at the 3 year mark the oven portion quit functioning completely. The stovetop works but not the oven. I will never recommend this brand to anyone.

Truly a professional range.

I only recently have had my new Kucht gas range installed. However, even in a short amount of time I am very impressed by the quality and performance of this range. It has a beautiful, professional appearance which elevates my new kitchen to an even higher level. Everything about it is solid from the burners on the top to the racks in the oven - which is a beautiful blue. The burners provide a variety of strengths and the oven provides an accurate even temperature. I would wholeheartedly recommend this range for anyone looking for a beautiful, high performance, quality range.

Poor Delivery Experience

The stove is the nicest I've ever owned. The build is phenomenal and it is worth every penny. The delivery, however, was appalling. It arrived without notice on a moving truck operated by an outsourced company called Pilot. The men were rude and said they were not paid to take it any farther than the curb. It was raining so they brought it into the backyard left it by the fence and told me they weren't going to "move it for free." My mother and I had to enlist help from neighbors to get it into the house. I did not select installation at checkout, but I thought that not leaving it out in the rain was implied when ordering Lowes delivery. I never had an issue with any other Lowes appliance, but I would encourage Kucht to drop this retailer and ship it themselves since it is such a high-quality product. I would have been happy to pay for better service than what was offered by Lowes.

Door broke after 3 years, Knobs red hot, gas smell

So many problems with this range. First of all, the knobs have always been super hot whenever I have the oven on which is annoying. Second, we have never gotten the oven to work without the smell of gas filling the house. Kucht customer service did a zoom call with us and told us it's working fine but the gas company came out and said there's still gas leaking because the starter isn't working right. So I just don't use the oven much but when I do I open all the windows. Now the oven door bent somehow and the door won't even close all the way. I don't know how to get help Kucht says I have to talk to Lowes, Lowes says talk to Kucht. I'm so done.

Was so excited about this oven but it has just let me down every step of the way. When we first got it, I noticed the knobs got SUPER hot when the oven was on but oh well I was willing to overlook that. Then I noticed the gas smell when the oven was on so the gas company came out and told us the ignition wasn't working correctly. So we got on the phone with Kucht and they walked us through fixing it and we got it to where they said that's as good as it's gonna get. I still smell gas though so I just don't use the oven very much. Now the other day I noticed the oven door isn't closing all the way and somehow got totally bent in one spot so the oven doesn't close and it also gets stuck when I try to open it. And I didn't even use it that much!! What a hunk of garbage!! So disappointed.

Gorgeous

My contractors just put my new Kucht oven in yesterday and I am in love! It is gorgeous and one solid stove! Matter of fact, one of my contractors just remodeled his kitchen 2 years ago and got another brand and he said he was jealous (more than once!) -- so impressed with the quality. The other two contractors were impressed as well. We just used the oven last night to cook some prepared food and it was fantastic. We tried the convection oven, and I just cannot wait to cook some artisan bread to give the contractors while they are working their last day. I love the simplicity of this oven. Just two buttons -- the oven light and the convection fan. That's it! Nothing to worry about going wrong on a computer board with the new smart stoves, etc. The door is so solid, too. So amazing a seal, obviously beyond a dream from a basic stove that seemed to have much heat escape. The grates are also super heavy duty, and the one-piece enameled shields for the burners are so easy to clean! Some reviewers have mentioned the the knobs getting too hot to touch, but I found they are totally fine to touch ... warm but not not not hot too after running it from 350 an then up to 500 to make sure any factory fumes were gone before using the oven for cooking. The flame is beautiful and easily adjustable on all burners. (I have not had a gas stove for five years, so this is such a treat!!!!!) Also of note, my contractor tiled the backsplash at 36", which is the height of the stove, but he was willing to add some more tile after the install if need be to make sure the no tile edge could be seen; however, this was not necessary. The stove sits flush against the wall and you cannot see a tile edge from the side because of the added height of the vent in the back. I am so pleased with this stove. I literally spent hours reviewing stoves before making a choice. My daughter keeps claiming it is hers and already has this week's recipes lined up. She says it looks like we are rich with this stove. Hope this helps you decide to pick a Kucht. I coudn't be happier!

Mistake

Hate this oven passionately. It replaced an old builder grade oven that was on the fritz but had been a great workhorse. Was so excited to upgrade with this beauty but it has been the source of so much grief and the company and its warranty are useless. Baking is a nightmare. Setting your temp to 350 will start a hellfire to 500 degrees and takes a full thirty min to regulate as you patiently wait and fire up the ac. Even so the tops of cakes fry or sink. Even with confirmed temp and a recipe that has been lovely for years. I’m sure it’s my fault. That’s why support would say! I even bought a new thermometer because I thought certainly mine must be broken. It wasn’t. The middle grate doesn’t nest correctly. The gas sounds insane when the oven is on and heating like it isn’t catching correctly. And don’t use the white fitting because it will visibly scorch. The company says that’s just what happens with a professional oven. Mmkay. Can’t wait to replace.

Beyond Dissatisfied

I should have returned this oven within the 60 day return period. After spending $2000 one would think they would not have constant problems and issues since day 1.

Gorgeous

This range is absolutely stunning and functions beautifully. The only drawback, I was not made aware when I ordered the range in blue that the range is delivered in all stainless and a second box contains the colored oven door and kick plate. In my case, I did not receive the extra box and when the range was unpacked and all stainless, getting to the bottom of where’s my blue was confusing. Lowe’s was not aware that Kucht manufactures ALL of their gas ranges in solid stainless with an additional box containing the color oven door you chose. It’s fairly simple to swap the oven door and kick plate out if you find the right tutorial video on YouTube. The video provided by Kucht is useless. There is an alternative five minute video on YouTube not specific to Kucht ranges… but most oven door technology is pretty similar… and that video shows you the little tricks that you’ll need to know to get the hinges in correctly. Installing the kickplate is just a matter of removing a few screws, and replacing the stainless with the color you chose.
