I absolutely love the look of this product but after a year we started seeing what appears to be black mildew. It is deep in the bamboo now and I can't get it out. I have tried lots of cleaners to no avail. I have tried looking up how to fix this problem but can't find a thing. I feel it needs to be sanded and refinished. Also, the sink does not drain properly so I have to use a lot of water and push the debris down the drain. As much as I love the look of this sink, I would not recommend it. I hope they will improve the design because it is truly a unique sink.

This sink is gorgeous. Really pops.

We love this sink! But, it does need more of a slant to the middle for drainage. I am hoping it last, it has been 6 months and so far so good.

This sink will be a feature in my kitchen. It is a little thicker than the norm and my installer shaved a little off the waste connection. I am very pleased with it and cannot wait to unveil it

The sink does not slope so you will have to direct the water to the drain. The drain is not flush with the sink like normal sinks. I love the look of the sink. It is a high maintenance sink so not suggested for high traffic kitchens or for someone that prefers low maintenance products. After only 2 months we already have several chips in the sink and know they are going to need to be repaired if we want the bamboo to be protected. It is suggested to seal the sink once a year with a polyurethane wood sealer.

If you want a truly unique look, this is a great choice. It took a special drain fitting as the sink is thicker than standard. Also if you want a garbage disposal do your homework before purchasing unless you have an awesome contractor (JJ Construction) like we did!

My sink just arrived and it looks amazing! It hasn't been installed yet, but I know it will look great in my new kitchen. I am very happy with it.

Leak

have had the sink for about 2 weeks and did as it said to wipe dry but after I had to run the water for a long time and didnt get to wipe dry right away it started to leak out the corners. love the sink I dont think there would be a leaking problem if they had it dip a little in the middle. very sad we will have to get a new sink.

Bamboo Farm Sink

This sink arrived real quick and customer service was very nice and professional. The sink is installed now for almost 3 months and we just love it. Bamboo sinks are Da bomb!
