My Backyard Pro seafood boiler is Awesome. I bought it and so far I've only used it to boiled peanuts in it. But, my wife is going to do seafood boil soon. I'm sure it will be great. I love it. Hope it last for years to come. Any how. If you want a seafood boiler then buy this one. It's great!

Could be better

When the product came it had a big dent in the side bottom, we tried it and it didnt leak so we thought it would be ok.

Easy set up. Great for crawfish boil and other large cooking event. The propane burner adjust from a low to high flame (jet) and heats quickly.

30 qt pot and lid damage

would be better if the 30 qt pot had no dents also the lid

This product is amazing and has everything you could want in a turkey fryer. I am eager to use it and Would definitely recommend it to others!

Bang for buck is high - because it is inexpensive. But you must note this is thin aluminum. it will not last like SS and drop or bang them on anything and they bend and warp. You pay for what you get but if you are using infrequently this is a good buy. Mine bent on first use - pot and lid

Great product,lightweight easy to use.I used the smaller pot for trying chicken it works great and fries alot at once.

I have had this for two Thanksgiving's now, so about a year or more. I was using it this Thanksgiving and the pot blew a hole at the bottom causing all the oil in the pot to leak out (I was watching the temperature a little under 350 when this happened as I put the turkey in the pot). The stand and the other items seem to be of good quality which is why I gave it two stars. But the 30 qt pot seems to be a cheap aluminum which dents easily. The only thing that I can think of what happened is it got too hot at the bottom and got warped causing the hole at the bottom. The temperature at the time of the incident was a little under 350. I have fried my own turkey now for almost 10 years (Always a big hit with people that haven't had it before) the last fryer kit I have had lasted 9 years until I let a friend borrow it and he left it outside in the snow and ruined it completely, which is why I bought this one. Advice** watch the 30 qt pot after your first use make sure there are no dents at the bottom or around the pot. The lid that came with it was really dented and by the top handle seemed to be a little warped. By the way the first use of this fryer I had no issues.

Stand need to be re designed

Base stand need to be lower so we can easily move turkey up/down, & more safety while we put turkey down into 300 deg f boiling oil pot

This set comes with so much, everything you need to have a turkey fry and switch pots to finish the rest of your dinner. My favorite is for tailgating and making giant pots of wings for the crowd.

I got this for my husband for our anniversary. We used our steamer kit while camping and had a crawfish boil. It was great. Easy to use and big enough to fit a large amount of food to feed multiple people. It has everything you need to fix a variety of foods. We love our new Fryer/Steamer!
