Unsafe bar stool and horrible customer service.

Purchased 4 of these stools for our bar area. At just over 5 months old (and these stolls are not used on a regular basis, more like sat in once a week if that)

Legs. Chipped, during assembly

Back legs had chunks of wood break off on 2 of the 4 stools, i was careful while building. Cheap wood.

The seat and back are good sizes and comfortable. I didn't realize how red the wood is, and how far the back legs curve outward. It does give good stability, but takes up more floor space than I expected (22" front to back, vs 17" seat depth)

It looks nice enough, but I'm not sure it will hold up well.

The numbers on the pieces dont all match from the instructions. It was still easy to assemble. My grandson likes it.

Good chairs bad screws

I love everything a these chairs except the hardware they sent with them. Great price! Awesome woodwork, nice padded seat, but 3 of 6 screws snapped when I was hand tightening them with a screwdriver. Overall I'm still very satisfied with the chairs.

Bad Customer Service

I have tried numerous of times to call the Company who made these barstools and no answer. We have 4 out of 6 that are damaged and need the back piece replaced. I emailed the company with photos of the damage and no response from the email. Help.

Be warned!

Ordered 5 of these bar stools. Reasonably priced. Easy to assemble. Look just like the picture. Aesthetically pleasing. Let me draw your attention, however, to the back leg. Curved...stylish you think. Yes, but most bar stools and likely your previous set have straight back legs. So what you say? On the approach, departure and just generally passing by these chairs you will...you and your loved ones will repeatedly stub your toes into the legs of the chairs until you program your brain to avoid. Other than that, no issues.

Exactly What We Wanted!

Ordered 3 to replace some aging stools by our breakfast bar. They went together real easily and the one cosmetic flaw (a crack in one leg in one back piece) was resolved by a quick phone call to the manufacturer who express shipped the replacement piece so as to arrive within 2 days! The end result is a set of great looking and sturdy stools that did not break the bank.

I love this tool. The wood quality is excellent and it appears to be sturdy. My only complaint and it's not a huge, the back is a bit short. Other than that I would recommend this product

2 out of 3 stools came broken

2 of 3 ordered stool were broken. They were poorly packed. Not enough padding. No bubble wrap. Or was it poor quality control. Even put together, the last stool doesn't look perfect and needs adjustment to be even.
