[Rewarded Review] Short extension

Extension wasnt long enough so we require an extension kit that is $500 to purchase. Frustrating to spend that much money to use the piece i already purchased.

I did return it, but only because it the chimney shroud was too "petite" to fit over the exhaust pipe that my HVaC contractor installed.

It wasn't until the installation tech arrived on April 15th that he discovered it was a model that could not fit in my cabinet setup. I tried to have it returned through Home Depot and Samsung without success. I am now stuck with an open box range hood I cannot use; I feel cheated!

LED light flickers, cannot be replaced?

One of the LED lights started to flicker when turned on after 4 months.

Multiple delays resulting in costs to a project, and the only compensation is a gift card to Best Buy. I will be avoiding purchasing anything from Best Buy moving forward.

Wiring a little difficult

Very disappointed. The hood range we ordered is stainless steel. While the hood is stainless steel, The duct cover is white. It looks terrible together. We are building a new home and they weren’t ready to install it so I didn’t open it. I purchased this December 14th so I am outside of the return window.

Fan Speed

the buttons keep getting ejected and the the fan speed/power is very low at 1 and 2 but 3 is to loud. it would be great if there was a medium, very much jumps from super low at 1 & 2 to super high
