Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a variety of Best Pro Lighting's products. However, I experienced many failures: numerous bulbs failed prematurely, and the tops of three mushroom lights fell off due to poor glue application. Best Pro Lighting falsely advertised warranties and required me to buy new products at full price. After switching to a third-party brand, I had no failures. Their poor product quality, false warranty claims, and terrible customer service make them a company to avoid.

The transformer has all of the features I needed to light pathways, trees and courtyard wall lights. The multiple voltages helped on the long wire runs that needed higher voltage and lower voltage on shorter runs. It can be easily adjusted for the amount of time it stays on. All that being said we live very close to the Atlantic Ocean and the salt in the air destroys metal so Stainless Steel is a huge plus.

Installed transformer and worked well - for about 2 1/2 weeks - then didn’t work at all. Contacted manufacturer. They charged me $25.00 to send me a new control board. I installed new board and transformer is working fine.

The stainless steel is very nice, works well so far, it pushed power out to my long stretch of 250' with a bunch of lights on it. the only drawback is the very bright number on it but I just covered it with a piece of tape.
