Great game table other than it burnt out in less than a year

Fun while it lasted.

We purchased this from QVC and it stopped working after a little over four months. We reached out to QVC they didn't do anything about it and just told us to reach out to the manufacturer. Then we reached out to the manufacturer (Arcade 1 Up) and they said because we didn't buy the warranty they wouldn't do anything about it but offered us the opportunity to BUY a refurbished one. We then wrote the Better Business Bureau and they replied that Arcade 1 Up never responded to the complaint. It was fun while it lasted. Don't buy without the warranty. Now we are left with an expensive "coffee table."

Was fun while it lasted

We bought this table 9 months ago, had to have it replaced after 3 months (RC WIlley replaced it, Arcade1 wouldn't do anything), and it is broken again and Arcade1 is wanting us to pay over $250 for shipping for a new table and then not ship it to us for 6-8 months-not living up to their warranty very well.

This has been an absolute hit! Working well so far. One thing to keep in mind- though it comes with alot of games, there is a significant amount of "upsell" for games that cost money.

I am an Xfinity customer and had I know this game table wifi setup is made more complex due to my ISP then I would not have purchased. I’m sure that my family will enjoy the table once we have figured out how to connect it to Xfinity wifi.

This is an amazing game table! The kids have been having so much fun with it. Easy to use & no more piles of board games taking up space.

[Rewarded Review] Fun but has a couple small cons

This is lots of fun a couple of the games could use a little improvement, Once you figure out the little menu tricks and where to find the rules etc of each game it is lots of fun. Guess who is a little different to play. Still havent figure out clue that one is a bit of a challenge to keep from everyone seeing things.

Not worth the price.

Some games you can't even play because it gets stuck when you're trying to swipe your finger to make your piece move. The screen gets all finger printed up and you have keep trying to clean it. the little rag they give you doesn't work. Its just not worth the price.

[Rewarded Review] Doesn’t connect to WiFi anymore, not able to use

It was really cool, but it’s only been open for about a week and it doesn’t connect to internet anymore and originally said unable to find hostname and then we reset it and now it just won’t connect. So I am annoyed that I spent that much on a Father’s Day gift, for it to not work within the first month.

Returning an item was very difficult.

Unfortunately, the Arcade one up game table came several days after I ordered it, not with all the other things I ordered. So I initiated a return. I took it to my local Walmart to customer service, but I was told I had to do a return online. So I took the item back home and did a return online. It gave me a barcode to have it scanned at the store. So I took the item back to the store at customer service. And I was told their system was down and I had to call 1800 Walmart to cancel the return. after I canceled the return, it was able to return it there in store. But that’s what I tried the very beginning and they said it couldn’t be done. It was all very confusing. Not something I’m willing to go through again.

Stopped working just after 1 year warranty was up. No phone service all contact done via email. Very difficult to communicate with Arcade1UP and time consuming. Once we did get someone via email I made the mistake of ordering a replacement... $596 WOW... I know, you don't have to tell me... Now we have the refurb and having trouble at start up and again can't talk to anyone on the phone... Save your money!!! Don't be me!!!

The day I got the game board I noticed some pixels under the screen after playing it for a little bit. I got the protecting plan and made my claim. They agreed that it was a pre-existing damage but that isn’t covered under my protection plan and sounds like they aren’t going to do anything about it even though it arrived to me like this. You pay 1,000 for it and they can’t even fix damage that was done to it before I got it. Really disappointing!!
