[Rewarded Review] ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! Very roomy for big pots!

This Fireclay kitchen sink is absolutely gorgeous. The finish is really easy to wipe clean. It drains nicely as well. It has a nice depth to it, making it easy to clean large pots and pans. The instructions that came with it didn't have the specs for this particular sink model. I wish it had come with a template as well. My only other con is that the top portion of tge sink drain is metal, but the underneath part of it is plastic. I would rather both pieces of the drain were metal. Other then, those few things, I LOVE IT!!

[Rewarded Review] Sink

When I ordered this, I was very excited about this product. When I received it looked at it was beautiful, and I was looking forward to installing it. But when I open the instructions in realize that set it in my cabinet, it would take away from the integrity of the cabinet that I had ordered by putting in the support base for my sink, I will not be able to use this product the fear of damaging the countertop and affecting the integrity of the look of the interior of the cabinet

[Rewarded Review] Nice sink, looks good, but company had bad customer service

I received the Fireclay sink and it was package well with no damage. It is labeled as a 32inch sink, but it is just over 28inches, so either I received the wrong sink, or the company is being dishonest. Also, it came with the wrong installation directions, which was a problem because the directions were for a farmhouse sink (very different installation process). When I called the company, they just said hello - no company name. The person who answered was absolutely no help at all - NONE. I had the countertop people coming, so I decided to just stick with the sink I had received - despite the smaller size (28in vs the advertised 32in) and wrong installation instructions. While the sink is big (long, wide and deep), and I loved the single bowl, I was disappointed that it was smaller than expected. The sink itself was VERY heavy - even the installer mentioned that. They had to put a lot of braces/brackets underneath to support the weight of the sink. It makes me a little nervous that one day it will just fall through and crash - especially because I could never get the company to send the installation instructions. The sink itself was a bright white color, which is what I wanted, and it had curved or rounded walls and basin. This prevents food bits from catching in the corners. The package also came with an in-sink drying rack that prevents scratching and a drain. I couldn't use the drain though because it can't be used with a garbage disposal. It was just installed, so I can't comment on the durability. It looks nice but time will tell if it is actually a good sink. Fireclay sinks are supposed to be highly durable.
