Worst decision for my new kitchen

I just remodeled my kitchen and put in this 28" Undermount Single Bowl 16 Gauge Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink and I absolutely HATE it!! It’s already marked up and has scratches on it. I’m crushed since the counter top was obviously cut to accommodate the size of the sink. Has anyone replaced this sink with something they love that fits? I decided against a porcelain due to the fear of etching and cracks and this is 10 times worse. Hoping someone else replaced this horrible product and can help me out.

I absolutely love this sink. It is very deep and large enough for those large pots. The smaller side is perfect for a drying rack. Best part, the sinks can be full and you see nothing at eyelevel - keeping clutter at bay.

Everything I expected

This sink has lived up to my expectations in every way. It is a great size for my kitchen, quiet and easy to clean. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that I think the included grid could be easier to clean. I think it should be made in 2 pieces so that it could go into the dishwasher. I may modify mine!

Stainless steel marks/scratch’s easily

This sink comes with two strainers. even though they’re a rubber tipped in one of the sinks the strainers have left permanent marks on the stainless steel that cannot be erased. Also the sink is hard to keep clean as the stainless steel is high gloss. the faucet is nice there is a little cup that fits into the drain that catches any food scraps. so while those two things are nice I now have a sink with four permanent marks in the bottom of the sink so I would not purchase this again

High Quality Sink with Deep Bowl Perfect for Everyday Chores

We have a Kraus sink in our kitchen and I trust this brand for quality and durability at reasonable prices. We recently built out a laundry and utility room adding in plumbing for a utility sink. The deep sink bowl has the right depth to clean everyday household items, soak laundry, or repot/water plants. We also went with the high-arc spout faucet Krause kitchen faucet to allow more room for oversized items. Beyond pleased with these products!

Poor quality

I am disappointed in this sink. It is not scratch resistant. We have had it less than a few months and there are already large scratches. I bought it because all the reviews said if you use bar keepers friend it removes the tiny scratches but even that’s not true. My old sink was better than this and looked better than this and it was probably 50 years old. Obviously they know you won’t want to change your sink after it’s been installed so they don’t really care about their product.

Everything is excellent except the faucet handle

Purchased this Kraus sink package in May 2019 for our kitchen remodel. Everything is absolutely wonderful two years in except for the handle of the faucet. It continually loosens and falls off. Every 1-2 weeks I have to tighten the set screw. I've had the handle replaced once by Kraus customer service (incredibly long phone wait times and I had to pay shipping) and the problem persists. I plan to replace this faucet with a Kohler one and hope that takes care of it.

Super Classy Sink!

We replaced our cast iron double vanity sink for this super sized single when we remodeled our kitchen. We went with under-mount because we replaced the Granite. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. This sink is overall wide and deep, just what we wanted. The grate that comes with it is really nice too. We paired it with the Kraus KPF-1610 faucet. This combination is great. The garbage disposal mounted to it with ease. We liked this sink so much, we ordered a smaller one for our laundry room. I highly recommend Kraus for the quality, looks, and practicality.

16 gauge Kraus Model KHF 203 33

This is my first time ever to write a review on a product. We recently renovated our kitchen and wanted to make a big impact with our new sink. I do a lot of research before buying products, and after reading about the Kraus line of sinks, thought this one would be a good choice. The description of a 16 guage T304 stainless was very convincing, since my research revealed that the lower the gauge meant more durable and higher quality. It was truly beautiful out of the box. Our was a farmhouse under the counter mount, and our installers did an outstanding job on putting it in. Much to our dismay, after about 2 uses, we noticed scratches on the base of the sink. We have had the sink in for about a month, as the scratches continue with normal use of pots, pans, etc. Water spots are almost impossible to eliminate, unless you do towel dry the sink after each use, as the instructions mention, but honestly, who towel dries your sink after each use, especially if you have kids using it all of the time? We did not use any abrasives or steel wool, and followed the instructions that came with the sink as to the proper care. The maintenance "dos and don'ts" mentioned, if there were tougher stains, to use Ajax or Comet. We never used these, but can't imagine what it would do to the finish. We have had stainless steel sinks previously, and never experienced anything like the results we are seeing with this sink. Also, when considering a "square" sink configuration, beware that the corners are very hard to get clean. Because of the labor involved with trying to replace the sink due to the cabinet field adjustment necessary to properly seat the sink under the granite countertop, it would be prohibitive to remove and replace with another sink. This was written to maybe help a prospective purchaser, to be aware of the problems we have had.
