Love the product. Delivery took a little longer than expected and not sure why. I did not interact with anyone to give a customer service recommendation other than pick up which was fine.
I actually had to return the product but I’m giving it five stars because it was free shipping. It came super fast. It was in perfect condition. My shower was in between sizes and it was just a little too big and didn’t fit but the return process was incredibly easy. I just had to pay for my shipping label. FedEx came to my home picked up the heavy shower doors and, I was issued a refund. Great customer service would definitely purchase again.
Excellent. Easy to install and works great. The bifold door is great in your small bathroom. I have room to keep it opened while shower walls dry eliminating mild dew

Very nice and easy to assembly.
Very nice except the pic in the ad shows no or clear seem between the doors but it comes black so there is a black strip which is fine but breaks up the one piece look as in ad.

Sturdy and beautiful bifold door, no more dripping water outside the shower when the door is open. Wish we would have known about bifold doors. Very happy with Toolkiss' customer service.

We had to buy special bits for the drill to drill through the shower tile. It looks great and doesn’t make less space in an already tiny bathroom! I am very happy with it. There are plastic wedges to prevent leaking. The door shuts with a magnetic strip.
