Product is fine, but the shipper is awful. We have been given three delivery dates and it has yet to arrive.

Be careful this is just the outside of the hooded vent, it does not include the actual blower. They are not explicit about it in the description that you will need to buy the blower fan separately. We only found out when it was installed.
