Not really fair to rate this low on the product but since I haven’t received it (4 weeks after ordering and it was originally suppose to be here in 4 days) and Wayfair won’t refund me and forced me to buy another drain so my contractor had something to install.

Horrible Customer service

Home Depot messed up on this order and wanted me to wait another week to receive this item which will push it to almost a month for this item plus there’s no gaurantee that this wont happen again and not want to accommodate me for their mistake on this by expediting this for me.

It looks great it gives a nice contrast when you put the ceramic on it

This is currently being installed in a new bathroom addition. Installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. The design looks modern/sleek. Lifting key included for ease of removal during cleaning and maintenance. Tile in finish to match any decor. Tile is sold separately! Drain base not included! The construction has a slope to ensure proper drainage. Recommended!

Great quality

This is a great shower drain. It has a hook to be able to lift it up and you can clean it. It was easy to install and the design is very nice and sleek. Very durable and good quality!

Poor Design - Clogs Constantly

The removable strainer basket inside the drain assembly is way too small. It clogs very rapidly when people with long hair take a shower. I have to clean it out after my daughter takes 2 or 3 showers.

Perfect Kitchen drain by walls to wash the floor

While designing new house our goal was easy clean with modern look. After inspecting cheaper products we purchased Oatey, while original plastic feet were upgraded to metal. Home foundation is new build with dual temp faucet mounted low on wall to wash floors, like old France, in our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, entry hall from back yard.

We were hoping to use the tile feature, but it was too difficult for the tile installers to but the tile that we ordered in the tray to have a seamless look. We returned the product and order the grated verision of the same product and were satisfied.
