I have had the 36” HisoHu vent hood for 3-months. Poor quality product. The unit and controls look cheap. I wish I hadn’t purchased it.

Very powerful, beautiful stainless steel

It is better than I could imagine. The hands free option rocks.

It works great. Easy to install by myself. I just had to prop up the fan with the enclosed styrofoam packaging and various cardboard boxes in order to mount the fan. If the fan controls are at head level, you will unintentionally set off the touch-less fan controls when walking near it. I use a business card with a magnet to cover the sensor.

Where are easy to install and it’s quite a fan.

Sent to me damaged

Seems like a nice unit. It was delivered to me damaged. Some of the protective plastic was previously removed and there was a large dent on the corner. Came out the box like this. As if someone intentionally packaged like this because the box was not damaged on the outside.

It's been a month and it works great. The sensors and touch motion are very sensitive.

The sensor would send my head while moving in front of it and continuously stop.

Range hood is really nice, except if you stand in front of the exhaust fan area it turns on. Other than that it works great!

Best fans ever. We actually cook in our kitchen and the fans in this model have the power to remove the smoke of a good cajun roux!! Love it.

We like it

Received the range hood earlier today, FedEx had some trouble getting it up the stairs. Installed the hood under our cabinet and it seems to be fine. No major issues. I had to call the brand to get help launching the hood controls. We like it so far.

Good but... installation hassles

I've just installed the range hood and it seems to run very nicely. With that said, the installation could be simpler.

It turns on automatically so have to be careful when walking near stove but otherwise it’s easy to use.

We just bought our new home around 2 years ago and the range hood we installed conked out after only 2 years?? Sheesh! Well since our home is mainly smart we needed a new replacement ASAP because my wife loves cooking and our kitchen kept filling with smoke!! So I found RIAS and its totally compatible with all of our other smart home products... and for a FRACTION of the price other smart range hoods are going for! Installation was super easy and it works like a charm!!! Super recommend this one you wont regret it!

The Wi-Fi features are nice with a premium look

We received the product recently and out of the box it looked great. It has a premium look and the technology is fun to use with Alexa. The blower system is very strong with dual motors and 3 settings. The chromed logo was also unexpected but very bice, as its hard to tell in the pictures. Their isn't another range hood in the market like this smart hood for the price.
