Worst instructions ever written

These have to be the worst instructions ever written. Nothing makes sense and there is no parts list provided. Not one that is useful anyway. For instance the instructions refer to anchors and screws as A1/B2/A2/B2 and C yet there is not parts diagram to tell you with fasteners in the hardware bag is which. They provide you with concrete anchors but nothing for drywall. Further, the instructions make no sense in the context of the mechanical design of the range hood.

Didn't come with mesh filters or charcoal filters.

A few things wrong here. First and foremost, the unit didn't come with the mesh grease filters or any charcoal filters. I am assuming the charcoal filters would be for inside venting, so no big deal since I'm venting outside. But either way, there are NO filters to protect the motor from getting grease on it. Speaking of venting, this thing only vents to 6 inches. That's a very small vent for the amount of air being pushed through. My kitchen was already vented for 8 inch vent tube.

The range hood is simple and beautiful! Has the most innovative filter system on the market at a great price!

The hood works great a bit loud. Have been using for 4 months now and found that when cooking with oil the black housing for the fan motor tends to become greasy. Wished it had two light for rear burners. Cleaning regularly to avoid any issues. Also wish remote would connect a little farther away from unit.

so easy to install

super easy to install, took less than 30min and that was taking the original out first. all i had to do was cut its power supply, remove a metal plate, undo/redo the wiring, loosened up 4 screws the put the new one in place. really happy with the purchase.

Quick and easy range hood replacement/upgrade

This Empava range hood is a great change up to any kitchen. I had a plain white hood that went out of style after getting a new stainless oven. I checked local big box stores and none of the stores kept any hoods in stock. So naturally I headed over to Empava, found this stainless range hood for almost $30 less. Plus, no sales and free shipping! Score! The installation was so simple. Just disconnected the wires, loosened the screws under the old hood, lowered it down, and slipped the new one in place. No new drilling since the holes were in the same place. Within an hour, the old was out and the new was in!

Read the directions carefully. The Empava 36RH04 unit is easy to install. Runs as expected and looks fantastic!

It was exactly what we ordered and needed. It was complete and easy to install. We had been unable to find the 36" range hood in local stores and when we found it on Google we ordered it. finding 36'' vent hood locally at a similar price of a 30'' was almost impossible. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Beautiful, easy to install

Matches my stove and fridge perfectly. I order online because they were selling them at Lowes for $300 and up. I installed this one night while my husband was at work, in under 20 minutes.

Super easy installation

Although I was only replacing the hood, the process from removing the old one to fully installing the new one took no more than 15 minutes. While it may not be as luxurious as a Cadillac, it has a nice appearance. Nonetheless, I am extremely satisfied with the product's affordability, quality, and user-friendly installation process.
