The base was exceptionally nice and well-built. Unfortunately, the packaging was absolute crap. There was some kind of gray glue on the front face that would not come off and the support underneath was cracked all along one side. I really liked this base but they took no care in Packaging it. There was no film over the surface of the shower pan either. Five star on the quality, one star on the packaging.

This has to be one of the highest quality shower base I found while looking. I called the company directly they gave me installation instructions and answered all of my questions. if you’re looking for a shower base that will allow you to install a glass door that is not part of a kit. This particular shower base is the one for you.

Very sturdy material. Solid and thick. Does not bend or flimsy like Kohler bases. Straight forward to install. Make sure you lay in a mortar bed.

I was connecting to a 2” copper drain line, but...

I was connecting to a 2” copper drain line, but the base only comes with a gasket to connect 2” PVC or 2” ABS. After calling the manufacturer they sent a gasket to connect the 2” copper line, but this set the the project back several days. The directions and info online do not mention this.

We just installed it and don't have our shower complete yet so we haven't actually used it. I question the quality, I feel like I should have spent more money and gotten a higher quality base. It is very squeaky when we step on it, so my plumber suggested foam in a can to squirt underneath.
