I love the quality/durability of this product, however when item was taken out of box it was damaged. The damage does not alter the functioning of shower basin although aesthetically its not ideal.

For a bottom that's right, choose a DreamLine DLT-1134601

This shower bottom (I chose the black) is a very well made item. In addition to the urethane involved in the manufacturing of the bottom, fiberglass is added for additional strength. I checked my carefully squareness and flatness, and it was exact on the measurements, as advertised. I am very pleased with my bottom (shower floor).

This is a solid, well build shower base. We very careful hunting for deals and a great price. Most of these things are flimsy and poorly constructed and will certainly cause you to have Re-do your bathroom in a much shorter period of time. This base is quality and will hold up for a long time. I came here after buying and returning 2 others from my local hardware big box. The price here is better as is the delivery turn-around. This is the base you want it you are doing a bathroom Reno or new build. Don’t bother shopping around, it’s right here.

Plumber approved

My father is a plumber and VERY picky about items I buy. He wanted me to go to local supply store for a base, but they were SUPER expensive. I found this one and decided to roll the dice and try it. After all, Lowes has an excellent return policy if he hated it. He loved it. Very sturdy and good quality. He was impressed even more when I shared the price and that I got from the local Lowes.

Removed tub in our master bath to make a shower. Bought this base rather than make it own tile and mortar base. Looks great, is nonslip, and was "easy" to install. Several dry fits and shimming walls to be plumb and the proper width. Base came double boxed with no damage. Watch some videos before installing!

Got exactly what I expected

I pulled out a 30 x 60 tub and put in this 34 x 60 pan. I replumbed for a center drain since I had to relocate the drain anyway. Other reviews have mentioned pans holding puddles of water. This is a top quality unit with very little flex, I squished it into the recommended pile of sand mix and secured the edges. Then I double checked my level. I think anyone that has water not draining did not accurately prep their job or did not check the pan for flatness before they started. I did not pour water onto the pan before I started but that would be easy to do and would catch any problems before installation. just my opinion.

Excellent shower pan. Easy to install. I do DIY as a hobby and it was easy for me to install it. I put down mortar under it and followed the other instructions. The result is perfect. A pan that is solid, not slippery, and slopes down gently towards the drain. It looks nice too. Doesn't look cheap at all. I chose this because it's one piece and I didn't want to stress over tiles/mortar/leaks. I was not disappointed. Great product. I also had no problem lifting it by myself.

I was very happy with this product. It looks beautiful in it's finish and design. It was exactly what they said it would be. It took about two weeks to arrive. They give you the exact dimensions and drain location on the Home Depot website. I had pre-built the space according to that and installed the drain line. When it was time to install it everything fit perfectly. Make sure you follow instructions included and put the mortar down under the pan.

I decided to take my old bath tub out when a relative tripped getting out of her tub and badly injured her hip. This is a user friendly product. The finish is smooth but not slick. It feels great on your feet. I have an old, arthritic dog and it is easy to keep him bathed with the addition of this base, a good shower chair and a long-hosed shower head. No more hefting him (or me) over the side of the tub. It also makes a small bathroom feel and look larger.

OMG, I love this shower pan. Way better than most of the products out there (even better than big name brand stuff). Texture is nice. Used spray foam under to help sturdy and keep from being noisy. Little scratches on arrival but thats ok. Have installed many in my line of work and this seems to be the best.

This is a very mixed review. One one hand, I love the low-profile and clean lines of this shower pan. I saw some other brands that have a high lip on them. The front lip is just under 3". The reason for the low rating is that now that it has been installed (and cannot be removed at this point), it does not completely drain. No, it doesn't leave an amount of water that is like standing in a puddle. However, it leave little patches of water in various areas so when you take a shower the next day (for example), there is still water on the pan. You have to essentially squeegee the water towards the drain if you want to not have these puddles.
